Sublimation in Danville, VT.

Custom sublimated gear for Danville businesses, schools, teams, churches, and crews. Proofs in 24 hours, delivered in 5 to 7 days.

Sublimation delivered to Danville

Dye bonded into polyester fiber, so it never cracks, peels, or washes out. All-over prints, jerseys, koozies, mugs, and flags. For Danville, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

From one end of Danville to the other, 1.0 square miles, the shipping promise does not change: 5 to 7 business days, tracked. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Peacham, VT (6 mi), St. Johnsbury, VT (7 mi), Cabot, VT (9 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, around 115 miles from Danville, anchors the local military community we print for every week.

Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Danville counted against your roster.

Sublimation demand around Danville does not stop at the town line. Crews from Peacham (6 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Danville gets sublimated

All-over print jerseys

Edge-to-edge color dyed into the fabric, so the print can never crack or peel. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Team and league kits

Numbers, names, and sponsor logos in one process, one price. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Performance polyester gear

Moisture-wicking blanks where the print breathes with the fabric. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Camo and pattern builds

Custom patterns and camo concepts printed edge to edge. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Flags and display pieces

Polyester flags and display textiles in complete color. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Custom neck labels and details

Neck labels and inner details that make merch look retail. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We built this company on a simple standard: print it like the name on it matters. For Danville customers, that means honest timelines, real proofs, and no excuses on delivery day.

It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

04 //

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Danville customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

All-over designs want the boxiest canvas in the lineup, and this is it. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Classic Cotton Tee

Budget practice gear: standard tee, sublimated numbers, done. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Pullover Hoodie

Sublimated accents with embroidered marks make a hoodie that looks like team store product. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

05 //

No artwork? That is the normal case

Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.

What it costs

The table below is the actual price list Danville customers order from, light cotton tee, front print included, no asterisks.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.

02

Proof

The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.

03

Approve

Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.

04

Print and ship

Production and shipping run 5 to 7 business days standard. Rush options exist and get quoted honestly against your date.

05

Reorder

The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Delivery to Danville addresses follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.

Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.

Common questions

Can you handle a large order for your Danville crew?

Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.

What is your return policy?

Due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. Double check sizing and artwork before submitting your order. Every order gets a free proof first, and nothing prints until you approve it in writing.

Is there a minimum order?

The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your danville crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.

What file types work best?

File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes. We ship to all 50 states and to APO and FPO addresses for deployed and overseas service members.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Yes, and without giving up your email: the Design Lab keeps the complete total, packs to shipping, on screen while you design.
