Sublimation in Dash Point, WA.

From single pieces to full crew runs, Dash Point gets sublimated gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

Sublimation delivered to Dash Point

Dye bonded into polyester fiber, so it never cracks, peels, or washes out. All-over prints, jerseys, koozies, mugs, and flags. For Dash Point, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Dash Point covers 0.6 square miles of Washington, and delivery reaches every address in it on the standard 5 to 7 day window. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Browns Point, WA (1 mi), Federal Way, WA (4 mi), Tacoma, WA (5 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. The closest major installation is Joint Base Lewis-McChord, roughly 5 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Dash Point.

Sublimation demand around Dash Point does not stop at the town line. Crews from Browns Point (1 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Dash Point gets sublimated

Team and league kits

Numbers, names, and sponsor logos in one process, one price. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Performance polyester gear

Wicking fabric stays wicking, because the dye never blocks the weave. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Camo and pattern builds

Custom patterns and camo concepts printed edge to edge. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Flags and display pieces

Full-color polyester flags and displays for events and dedications. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Custom neck labels and details

Neck labels and inner details that make merch look retail. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

All-over print jerseys

Jerseys with full-bleed color that survives because it is dye, not ink. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Dash point customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.

Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.

See your exact price in about ninety seconds.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

04 //

What to print it on

Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Dash Point customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.

Pullover Hoodie

The team-store look: sublimation accents plus embroidery on the fleece hoodie. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

For all-over concepts, start from the boxiest silhouette we carry. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Classic Cotton Tee

Budget practice gear: standard tee, sublimated numbers, done. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

05 //

No artwork? That is the normal case

Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.

02

Proof

The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.

03

Approve

Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.

04

Print and ship

From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.

05

Reorder

The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Dash Point addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.

Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.

Common questions

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.

What is your return policy?

Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.

Is there a minimum order?

The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your dash point crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.

What file types work best?

Best case: vector art (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF). Very good case: a 300 DPI transparent PNG. Worst case: a screenshot, which our designers redraw at no charge anyway.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes. We ship to all 50 states and to APO and FPO addresses for deployed and overseas service members.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Completely. Build the design in the Design Lab and the full order total sits on screen the whole time; no email, no call, no waiting.
