Sublimation delivered to Day Valley

Day Valley crews order sublimated gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Day Valley address in 5 to 7 business days.

Day Valley covers 18.5 square miles of California, and delivery reaches every address in it on the standard 5 to 7 day window. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Aptos, CA (3 mi), Aptos Hills-Larkin Valley, CA (4 mi), Corralitos, CA (5 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. For the military community, Presidio of Monterey sits about 29 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Day Valley.

A typical week of sublimation orders from this corner of California mixes Day Valley crews with neighbors like Aptos, 3 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.

What Day Valley gets sublimated

Custom neck labels and details

Neck labels and inner details that make merch look retail. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

All-over print jerseys

Edge-to-edge color dyed into the fabric, so the print can never crack or peel. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Team and league kits

Rosters, numbers, and sponsors all print in the same pass at the same price. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Performance polyester gear

Performance gear that still performs: the print adds zero weight and zero stiffness. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Camo and pattern builds

Full-bleed patterns, including unit-specific camo concepts, across the entire garment. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Flags and display pieces

Full-color polyester flags and displays for events and dedications. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. Day valley customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.

That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.

No sales call needed to get a number.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

04 //

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Day Valley customers, these three earn their keep.

Classic Cotton Tee

Names and numbers pair with a standard tee for practice gear that does not break the budget. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Pullover Hoodie

The team-store look: sublimation accents plus embroidery on the fleece hoodie. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

For all-over concepts, start from the boxiest silhouette we carry. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Design help that costs nothing

Every order includes the design team. They rescue low-resolution logos, invent art from plain descriptions, and keep insignia and period typography accurate when the concept demands it. Twenty-four hours after you send the idea, the proof is in your inbox; as many revisions as it takes come free, and your written sign-off is what starts the presses.

Or open the Design Lab and lay the design out yourself, priced in real time on the exact blank.

Shipping and turnaround

Delivery to Day Valley addresses follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.

Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.

Common questions

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes. We ship to all 50 states and to APO and FPO addresses for deployed and overseas service members.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Yes. The Design Lab shows live pack pricing, back print costs, size upcharges, and shipping as you build your design.

How long does shipping take?

Five to seven business days, all in, from approval to arrival. Rush exists for real deadlines and gets an honest yes or no up front.

Do you help with the design?

Design help is included free. Whatever you have, a napkin sketch, a faded shirt photo, a sentence, becomes a print-ready proof from a real designer within 24 hours.

Can you handle a large order for your Day Valley crew?

Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.
