Sublimation in DeRuyter, NY.

From single pieces to full crew runs, DeRuyter gets sublimated gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

Sublimation delivered to DeRuyter

Dye bonded into polyester fiber, so it never cracks, peels, or washes out. All-over prints, jerseys, koozies, mugs, and flags. For DeRuyter, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

With a community of 420 spread over 0.4 square miles, DeRuyter gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Fabius, NY (7 mi), Tully, NY (12 mi), Cazenovia, NY (12 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. For the military community, Fort Drum sits about 84 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in DeRuyter counted against your roster.

Because Fabius sits only 7 miles from DeRuyter, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.

What DeRuyter gets sublimated

Custom neck labels and details

The retail touches: printed neck labels and interior branding. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

All-over print jerseys

Seam-to-seam graphics that are part of the fabric, not sitting on it. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Team and league kits

Rosters, numbers, and sponsors all print in the same pass at the same price. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Performance polyester gear

Moisture-wicking blanks where the print breathes with the fabric. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Camo and pattern builds

Whole-garment patterns, from classic camo to unit-designed concepts. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Flags and display pieces

Polyester flags and display textiles in complete color. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. Deruyter customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.

The same discipline applies inward: an unrealistic date or a design that will not print well gets flagged before you commit, not explained after.

No sales call needed to get a number.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among DeRuyter customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Pullover Hoodie

The team-store look: sublimation accents plus embroidery on the fleece hoodie. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

For all-over concepts, start from the boxiest silhouette we carry. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Classic Cotton Tee

Budget practice gear: standard tee, sublimated numbers, done. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

From rough idea to press-ready

The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.

The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.

06 //

What it costs

No mystery pricing. These are the published packs on our light cotton tee, front print included, and DeRuyter customers watch the per piece cost fall as quantity climbs.

Options price per piece: back prints at the listed rate (falling to $3 at 25 and $2 at 50), oversized full-body fronts at $3 under 25 pieces or $2 above, and 2XL-plus sizes at $6 under 25 pieces or $4 above. Every heavier garment keeps this same pack shape at its own numbers, and the Design Lab totals it live while you build.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.

02

Proof

A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.

03

Approve

You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.

04

Print and ship

Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, with rush available when the calendar demands it.

05

Reorder

Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Every order ships tracked to DeRuyter addresses with standard production plus shipping at 5 to 7 business days. Free shipping kicks in at 100 pieces, and pack shipping rates below that are published, not surprises at checkout.

Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.

Common questions

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Yes, and without giving up your email: the Design Lab keeps the complete total, packs to shipping, on screen while you design.

How long does shipping take?

Five to seven business days, all in, from approval to arrival. Rush exists for real deadlines and gets an honest yes or no up front.

Do you help with the design?

Design help is included free. Whatever you have, a napkin sketch, a faded shirt photo, a sentence, becomes a print-ready proof from a real designer within 24 hours.

Can you handle a large order for your DeRuyter crew?

Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.
