Sublimation delivered to Douglas

Dye bonded into polyester fiber, so it never cracks, peels, or washes out. All-over prints, jerseys, koozies, mugs, and flags. For Douglas, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Douglas is home to about 12,000 people across 14.4 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Broxton, GA (8 mi), Ambrose, GA (11 mi), Nicholls, GA (13 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. For the military community, Moody Air Force Base sits about 52 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Douglas counted against your roster.

A typical week of sublimation orders from this corner of Georgia mixes Douglas crews with neighbors like Broxton, 8 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.

What Douglas gets sublimated

Performance polyester gear

Wicking fabric stays wicking, because the dye never blocks the weave. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Camo and pattern builds

Whole-garment patterns, from classic camo to unit-designed concepts. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Flags and display pieces

Dedication flags and display pieces printed in full color on polyester. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Custom neck labels and details

Inside-collar branding for crews building a real merch line. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

All-over print jerseys

Jerseys with full-bleed color that survives because it is dye, not ink. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Team and league kits

Rosters, numbers, and sponsors all print in the same pass at the same price. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Douglas customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.

The same discipline applies inward: an unrealistic date or a design that will not print well gets flagged before you commit, not explained after.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Douglas customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Classic Cotton Tee

Budget practice gear: standard tee, sublimated numbers, done. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Pullover Hoodie

Sublimated accents with embroidered marks make a hoodie that looks like team store product. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

All-over designs want the boxiest canvas in the lineup, and this is it. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

From rough idea to press-ready

The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.

The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.

06 //

What it costs

No mystery pricing. These are the published packs on our light cotton tee, front print included, and Douglas customers watch the per piece cost fall as quantity climbs.

QuantityPack pricePer shirtShippingAdd back print
10 pieces$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
15 pieces$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea
20 pieces$320$16 ea$20.99$4 ea

50 pieces$700$14 ea$22.99$2 ea
100 pieces$1200$12 eaFREE$2 ea

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.

02

Proof

A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.

03

Approve

Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.

04

Print and ship

Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.

05

Reorder

We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Every order ships tracked to Douglas addresses with standard production plus shipping at 5 to 7 business days. Free shipping kicks in at 100 pieces, and pack shipping rates below that are published, not surprises at checkout.

Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.

Common questions

Do you help with the design?

Always, at no charge. A designer takes your rough input, redraws it print ready, and has a proof in your inbox inside a day, with unlimited revisions after.

Can you handle a large order for your Douglas crew?

Large orders are the specialty, not the exception: hundreds of mixed-size pieces, roster-counted boxes, one accountable contact.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.

What is your return policy?

Finality is the nature of custom work: no returns once it prints. Your protections live earlier in the process, in the free proof and the written approval that nothing skips.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, 10 pieces. That is the smallest run we print, packs for your Douglas crew keep dropping the per piece price from there, and free shipping starts at 100.

What file types work best?

Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes, APO and FPO delivery is standard here, not an exception, and every state in the country ships the same way.
