Sublimation in Duck, NC.

Custom sublimated gear for Duck businesses, schools, teams, churches, and crews. Proofs in 24 hours, delivered in 5 to 7 days.

01 //

Sublimation delivered to Duck

Dye bonded into polyester fiber, so it never cracks, peels, or washes out. All-over prints, jerseys, koozies, mugs, and flags. For Duck, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Census numbers put Duck at a community of 744 on 2.4 square miles of North Carolina, all of it covered by the same tracked shipping. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Southern Shores, NC (5 mi), Grandy, NC (8 mi), Kitty Hawk, NC (8 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. The closest major installation is Coast Guard Air Station Elizabeth City, roughly 28 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Duck.

Sublimation demand around Duck does not stop at the town line. Crews from Southern Shores (5 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Duck gets sublimated

Custom neck labels and details

Inside-collar branding for crews building a real merch line. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

All-over print jerseys

Jerseys with full-bleed color that survives because it is dye, not ink. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Team and league kits

Full kits with personalization included, because sublimation prints it all at once. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Performance polyester gear

Wicking fabric stays wicking, because the dye never blocks the weave. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Camo and pattern builds

Custom patterns and camo concepts printed edge to edge. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Flags and display pieces

Polyester flags and display textiles in complete color. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Duck customers feel the difference on the first order.

It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

04 //

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Duck customers, these three earn their keep.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

For all-over concepts, start from the boxiest silhouette we carry. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Classic Cotton Tee

Names and numbers pair with a standard tee for practice gear that does not break the budget. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Pullover Hoodie

The team-store look: sublimation accents plus embroidery on the fleece hoodie. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

05 //

No artwork? That is the normal case

Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.

06 //

What it costs

No mystery pricing. These are the published packs on our light cotton tee, front print included, and Duck customers watch the per piece cost fall as quantity climbs.

PiecesTotalEachShipBack print add
10 pieces$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
15 pieces$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea

50 pieces$700$14 ea$22.99$2 ea

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.

02

Proof

A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.

03

Approve

Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.

04

Print and ship

From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.

05

Reorder

We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Production plus shipping to Duck addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.

The roster is the packing list: every size counted into the box, tracking issued at pickup, and any shortage or transit damage made right at our cost without argument.

Common questions

Can you handle a large order for your Duck crew?

Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.

What is your return policy?

There are no returns on custom orders; once printed, the work is final. That is exactly why production never starts without your written approval of a free proof, and why the size roster deserves a second look before you submit.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, 10 pieces. That is the smallest run we print, packs for your Duck crew keep dropping the per piece price from there, and free shipping starts at 100.

What file types work best?

Best case: vector art (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF). Very good case: a 300 DPI transparent PNG. Worst case: a screenshot, which our designers redraw at no charge anyway.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes, APO and FPO delivery is standard here, not an exception, and every state in the country ships the same way.
