Sublimation in Dunlo, PA.

Sublimation for Dunlo: free 24-hour proofs, published pack pricing, and tracked delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Sublimation delivered to Dunlo

Dunlo crews order sublimated gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Dunlo address in 5 to 7 business days.

All 0.5 square miles of Dunlo sit inside our normal delivery map, tracked door to door. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Salix, PA (2 mi), Beaverdale, PA (2 mi), Sidman, PA (3 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. The closest major installation is Letterkenny Army Depot, roughly 61 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Dunlo.

A typical week of sublimation orders from this corner of Pennsylvania mixes Dunlo crews with neighbors like Salix, 2 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.

What Dunlo gets sublimated

Custom neck labels and details

Inside-collar branding for crews building a real merch line. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

All-over print jerseys

Jerseys with full-bleed color that survives because it is dye, not ink. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Team and league kits

Full kits with personalization included, because sublimation prints it all at once. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Performance polyester gear

Performance gear that still performs: the print adds zero weight and zero stiffness. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Camo and pattern builds

Custom patterns and camo concepts printed edge to edge. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Flags and display pieces

Polyester flags and display textiles in complete color. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Dunlo customers feel the difference on the first order.

Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.

No sales call needed to get a number.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

04 //

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Dunlo customers, these three earn their keep.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

For all-over concepts, start from the boxiest silhouette we carry. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Classic Cotton Tee

Practice kits pair sublimated names and numbers with this standard tee to stay on budget. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Pullover Hoodie

The team-store look: sublimation accents plus embroidery on the fleece hoodie. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

The art department is included

Design help is not an upsell here, it is how orders start. Describe the concept in a sentence, attach whatever reference you have, and within 24 hours a real designer returns a proof drawn as clean vectors, era-correct where it matters. Revisions cost nothing and continue until the proof is right, and your written approval is the only thing that sends it to production.

The Design Lab is there when you want to drive: upload, place, and price the design yourself on the exact garment we print.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.

02

Proof

The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.

03

Approve

You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.

04

Print and ship

From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.

05

Reorder

Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Every order ships tracked to Dunlo addresses with standard production plus shipping at 5 to 7 business days. Free shipping kicks in at 100 pieces, and pack shipping rates below that are published, not surprises at checkout.

Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.

Common questions

What file types work best?

Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes. We ship to all 50 states and to APO and FPO addresses for deployed and overseas service members.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Completely. Build the design in the Design Lab and the full order total sits on screen the whole time; no email, no call, no waiting.

How long does shipping take?

Standard production plus shipping takes 5 to 7 business days. Rush options are available on many orders, tell us your date and we answer honestly.

Do you help with the design?

Always, at no charge. A designer takes your rough input, redraws it print ready, and has a proof in your inbox inside a day, with unlimited revisions after.

Can you handle a large order for your Dunlo crew?

Large runs are the core business: hundreds of pieces, mixed sizes, multiple colors, one named contact who owns it from first proof to the delivery scan.
