Sublimation in Dyess, AR.

From single pieces to full crew runs, Dyess gets sublimated gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

Sublimation delivered to Dyess

Dye bonded into polyester fiber, so it never cracks, peels, or washes out. All-over prints, jerseys, koozies, mugs, and flags. For Dyess, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

With a community of 322 spread over 1.0 square miles, Dyess gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Bassett, AR (6 mi), Joiner, AR (7 mi), Lepanto, AR (7 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. NSA Mid-South, around 25 miles from Dyess, anchors the local military community we print for every week.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Dyess.

Because Bassett sits only 6 miles from Dyess, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.

What Dyess gets sublimated

All-over print jerseys

Seam-to-seam graphics that are part of the fabric, not sitting on it. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Team and league kits

Numbers, names, and sponsor logos in one process, one price. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Performance polyester gear

Moisture-wicking blanks where the print breathes with the fabric. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Camo and pattern builds

Custom patterns and camo concepts printed edge to edge. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Flags and display pieces

Dedication flags and display pieces printed in full color on polyester. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Custom neck labels and details

The retail touches: printed neck labels and interior branding. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. Dyess customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.

Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.

See your exact price in about ninety seconds.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

04 //

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Dyess customers, these three earn their keep.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

The widest, boxiest blank we stock, which is exactly what edge-to-edge concepts need. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Classic Cotton Tee

Names and numbers pair with a standard tee for practice gear that does not break the budget. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Pullover Hoodie

Mix sublimated panels with stitched marks and this hoodie reads team-store retail. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Bring the idea, we draw the rest

Finished files are welcome but never required. A faded photo, a hand sketch, or three sentences of description all become professional vector art at no charge, proofed back to you within a day. The revision count is unlimited, the approval is in writing, and production does not move an inch until that approval exists.

Hands-on types can skip the wait entirely: the Design Lab puts your art on the actual garment with the price updating live.

06 //

What it costs

Here is what Dyess customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.

Every heavier garment keeps this same pack shape at its own numbers, and the Design Lab totals it live while you build.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Start in the Design Lab on the exact garment we print, or send whatever you have through the quote form. Rough ideas are welcome, that is what the free design service is for.

02

Proof

One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.

03

Approve

The press does not move without your written yes. It is the single checkpoint that makes the no-returns policy fair.

04

Print and ship

Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.

05

Reorder

We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Production plus shipping to Dyess addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.

Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.

Common questions

What file types work best?

File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes. We ship to all 50 states and to APO and FPO addresses for deployed and overseas service members.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

That is the point of the Design Lab: the complete number, packs, back prints, size upcharges, shipping, updates live while you design, before any contact form.

How long does shipping take?

Count 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, production included. Tighter date? Ask about rush and you get a straight answer before paying.

Do you help with the design?

Included with every order: a designer turns whatever you send into print-ready art, proofs it within 24 hours, and revises free until approved.

Can you handle a large order for your Dyess crew?

Large runs are the core business: hundreds of pieces, mixed sizes, multiple colors, one named contact who owns it from first proof to the delivery scan.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.
