Sublimation delivered to Earl

Dye bonded into polyester fiber, so it never cracks, peels, or washes out. All-over prints, jerseys, koozies, mugs, and flags. For Earl, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Earl is home to a community of 206 across 0.9 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Patterson Springs, NC (3 mi), Grover, NC (5 mi), Blacksburg, SC (5 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. For the military community, Fort Jackson sits about 87 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Earl.

A typical week of sublimation orders from this corner of North Carolina mixes Earl crews with neighbors like Patterson Springs, 3 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.

What Earl gets sublimated

Performance polyester gear

Wicking fabric stays wicking, because the dye never blocks the weave. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Camo and pattern builds

Whole-garment patterns, from classic camo to unit-designed concepts. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Flags and display pieces

Full-color polyester flags and displays for events and dedications. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Custom neck labels and details

Inside-collar branding for crews building a real merch line. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

All-over print jerseys

Jerseys with full-bleed color that survives because it is dye, not ink. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Team and league kits

Numbers, names, and sponsor logos in one process, one price. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We built this company on a simple standard: print it like the name on it matters. For Earl customers, that means honest timelines, real proofs, and no excuses on delivery day.

It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

04 //

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Earl customers, these three earn their keep.

Pullover Hoodie

Sublimated accents with embroidered marks make a hoodie that looks like team store product. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

All-over designs want the boxiest canvas in the lineup, and this is it. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Classic Cotton Tee

Names and numbers pair with a standard tee for practice gear that does not break the budget. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

No artwork? That is the normal case

Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.

06 //

What it costs

Here is what Earl customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.

Order sizePack totalCost per pieceFreightBack side
10 pack$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
15 pack$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea
20 pack$320$16 ea$20.99$4 ea

50 pack$700$14 ea$22.99$2 ea
100 pack$1200$12 eaFREE$2 ea

Beyond the table, the only extras are per-piece and public: back prints at the listed rate stepping down to $3 then $2, oversized fronts at $3 dropping to $2, and 2XL-plus at $6 dropping to $4. The Design Lab does this arithmetic for you in real time.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Send the idea through the quote form or build it yourself in the Design Lab. A napkin sketch photographed on a phone counts, our designers have built full unit runs from less.

02

Proof

One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.

03

Approve

You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.

04

Print and ship

From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.

05

Reorder

Everything about the run gets archived, which turns every future reorder into a one-line email.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Production plus shipping to Earl addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.

Before sealing, every carton is counted against the size roster, and tracking goes out the same day. Anything short or damaged gets replaced at our cost on an expedited timeline.

Common questions

How long does shipping take?

Five to seven business days, all in, from approval to arrival. Rush exists for real deadlines and gets an honest yes or no up front.

Do you help with the design?

Design help is included free. Whatever you have, a napkin sketch, a faded shirt photo, a sentence, becomes a print-ready proof from a real designer within 24 hours.

Can you handle a large order for your Earl crew?

Absolutely. Bulk is where pack pricing shines, and big mixed-size runs ship counted against your roster with a single person accountable for the date.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.

What is your return policy?

There are no returns on custom orders; once printed, the work is final. That is exactly why production never starts without your written approval of a free proof, and why the size roster deserves a second look before you submit.

Is there a minimum order?

Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Earl crew begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.

What file types work best?

File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.
