Sublimation in Early, TX.

Custom sublimated gear for Early businesses, schools, teams, churches, and crews. Proofs in 24 hours, delivered in 5 to 7 days.

01 //

Sublimation delivered to Early

Early crews order sublimated gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Early address in 5 to 7 business days.

Early is home to about 3,200 people across 3.7 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Brownwood, TX (3 mi), Zephyr, TX (10 mi), Blanket, TX (10 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. For the military community, Dyess Air Force Base sits about 68 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Early counted against your roster.

A typical week of sublimation orders from this corner of Texas mixes Early crews with neighbors like Brownwood, 3 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.

What Early gets sublimated

Team and league kits

Full kits with personalization included, because sublimation prints it all at once. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Performance polyester gear

Performance gear that still performs: the print adds zero weight and zero stiffness. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Camo and pattern builds

Full-bleed patterns, including unit-specific camo concepts, across the entire garment. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Flags and display pieces

Polyester flags and display textiles in complete color. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Custom neck labels and details

Inside-collar branding for crews building a real merch line. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

All-over print jerseys

Seam-to-seam graphics that are part of the fabric, not sitting on it. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Early customers call, a person who owns the order answers.

That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.

See your exact price in about ninety seconds.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

04 //

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Early customers, these three earn their keep.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

All-over designs want the boxiest canvas in the lineup, and this is it. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Classic Cotton Tee

Names and numbers pair with a standard tee for practice gear that does not break the budget. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Pullover Hoodie

The team-store look: sublimation accents plus embroidery on the fleece hoodie. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

05 //

The art department is included

Design help is not an upsell here, it is how orders start. Describe the concept in a sentence, attach whatever reference you have, and within 24 hours a real designer returns a proof drawn as clean vectors, era-correct where it matters. Revisions cost nothing and continue until the proof is right, and your written approval is the only thing that sends it to production.

The Design Lab is there when you want to drive: upload, place, and price the design yourself on the exact garment we print.

06 //

What it costs

Here is what Early customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.

Pack of 10$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
Pack of 15$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.

02

Proof

The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.

03

Approve

Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.

04

Print and ship

From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.

05

Reorder

Everything about the run gets archived, which turns every future reorder into a one-line email.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Early addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.

Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.

Common questions

What is your return policy?

Finality is the nature of custom work: no returns once it prints. Your protections live earlier in the process, in the free proof and the written approval that nothing skips.

Is there a minimum order?

The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your early crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.

What file types work best?

Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Completely. Build the design in the Design Lab and the full order total sits on screen the whole time; no email, no call, no waiting.

How long does shipping take?

Five to seven business days, all in, from approval to arrival. Rush exists for real deadlines and gets an honest yes or no up front.
