From single pieces to full crew runs, Fair Haven gets sublimated gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.
Fair Haven crews order sublimated gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Fair Haven address in 5 to 7 business days.
Fair Haven is home to a community of 771 across 1.8 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Red Creek, NY (5 mi), Hannibal, NY (6 mi), Wolcott, NY (9 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. The closest major installation is Fort Drum, roughly 60 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.
No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Fair Haven.
A typical week of sublimation orders from this corner of New York mixes Fair Haven crews with neighbors like Red Creek, 5 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.
Seam-to-seam graphics that are part of the fabric, not sitting on it. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
Numbers, names, and sponsor logos in one process, one price. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.
Moisture-wicking blanks where the print breathes with the fabric. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
Whole-garment patterns, from classic camo to unit-designed concepts. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
Polyester flags and display textiles in complete color. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
The retail touches: printed neck labels and interior branding. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Fair Haven customers call, a person who owns the order answers.
It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.
Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.
The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Fair Haven customers, these three earn their keep.
Practice kits pair sublimated names and numbers with this standard tee to stay on budget. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
Mix sublimated panels with stitched marks and this hoodie reads team-store retail. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
For all-over concepts, start from the boxiest silhouette we carry. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
Most orders here start without finished artwork, and that is fine. Our in-house designers redraw low resolution logos as clean vectors, build new designs from a written description, and match era-correct type and insignia when the design calls for it. The service costs nothing with an order, the first proof lands within 24 hours, and revisions are unlimited. You approve the final art in writing before production, so the shirt that arrives is the shirt you signed off on.
Want to try it yourself first? The Design Lab lets you upload art, add text in stencil and athletic fonts, and position everything on the exact garment with live pricing the whole time.
Here is what Fair Haven customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.

|---|---|---|---|---|
| Pack of 10 | $180 | $18 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| Pack of 15 | $250 | $16.67 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| Pack of 20 | $320 | $16 ea | $20.99 | $4 ea |
| Pack of 25 | $375 | $15 ea | $20.99 | $3 ea |
| Pack of 50 | $700 | $14 ea | $22.99 | $2 ea |

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.
Start in the Design Lab on the exact garment we print, or send whatever you have through the quote form. Rough ideas are welcome, that is what the free design service is for.
Twenty-four hours gets you a designer-built proof on the exact blank you chose. Iterate freely until it is right.
Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.
Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.
Everything about the run gets archived, which turns every future reorder into a one-line email.
The timeline to Fair Haven addresses is fixed and published: 5 to 7 business days door to door, production included. Shipping rates are flat, visible in the table, and free from 100 pieces.
Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.
Always, at no charge. A designer takes your rough input, redraws it print ready, and has a proof in your inbox inside a day, with unlimited revisions after.
Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.
Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your fair haven crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.
Best case: vector art (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF). Very good case: a 300 DPI transparent PNG. Worst case: a screenshot, which our designers redraw at no charge anyway.
Deployed addresses are first-class here: APO and FPO ship on the standard timeline, right alongside all 50 states.
