Sublimation delivered to Fannett

Dye bonded into polyester fiber, so it never cracks, peels, or washes out. All-over prints, jerseys, koozies, mugs, and flags. For Fannett, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Fannett covers 9.8 square miles of Texas, and delivery reaches every address in it on the standard 5 to 7 day window. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Hamshire, TX (7 mi), Taylor Landing, TX (8 mi), China, TX (10 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. Fort Johnson, around 102 miles from Fannett, anchors the local military community we print for every week.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Fannett.

A typical week of sublimation orders from this corner of Texas mixes Fannett crews with neighbors like Hamshire, 7 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.

What Fannett gets sublimated

All-over print jerseys

Edge-to-edge color dyed into the fabric, so the print can never crack or peel. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Team and league kits

Rosters, numbers, and sponsors all print in the same pass at the same price. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Performance polyester gear

Wicking fabric stays wicking, because the dye never blocks the weave. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Camo and pattern builds

Whole-garment patterns, from classic camo to unit-designed concepts. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Flags and display pieces

Full-color polyester flags and displays for events and dedications. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Custom neck labels and details

The retail touches: printed neck labels and interior branding. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Fannett customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.

The same discipline applies inward: an unrealistic date or a design that will not print well gets flagged before you commit, not explained after.

See your exact price in about ninety seconds.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Fannett customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Pullover Hoodie

Mix sublimated panels with stitched marks and this hoodie reads team-store retail. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

All-over designs want the boxiest canvas in the lineup, and this is it. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Classic Cotton Tee

Budget practice gear: standard tee, sublimated numbers, done. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

05 //

Bring the idea, we draw the rest

Finished files are welcome but never required. A faded photo, a hand sketch, or three sentences of description all become professional vector art at no charge, proofed back to you within a day. The revision count is unlimited, the approval is in writing, and production does not move an inch until that approval exists.

Hands-on types can skip the wait entirely: the Design Lab puts your art on the actual garment with the price updating live.

06 //

What it costs

Here is what Fannett customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.

QuantityPack pricePer shirtShippingAdd back print
Pack of 10$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
Pack of 15$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea
Pack of 20$320$16 ea$20.99$4 ea

Pack of 50$700$14 ea$22.99$2 ea

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.

02

Proof

Within 24 hours you have a proof in your inbox, drawn to size, on the garment and color you picked. Revisions are unlimited and free.

03

Approve

The press does not move without your written yes. It is the single checkpoint that makes the no-returns policy fair.

04

Print and ship

Production and shipping run 5 to 7 business days standard. Rush options exist and get quoted honestly against your date.

05

Reorder

Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

The timeline to Fannett addresses is fixed and published: 5 to 7 business days door to door, production included. Shipping rates are flat, visible in the table, and free from 100 pieces.

Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.

Common questions

Do you help with the design?

Yes, and it costs nothing with your order. Send a sketch, an old logo, or just the idea, and a designer sends a print ready proof within 24 hours.

Can you handle a large order for your Fannett crew?

Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.

What is your return policy?

Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.

Is there a minimum order?

Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Fannett crew begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.

What file types work best?

Send whatever exists. Vectors print perfectly, high resolution PNGs print clean, and anything below that gets redrawn free by the design team before it goes near a press.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Deployed addresses are first-class here: APO and FPO ship on the standard timeline, right alongside all 50 states.
