Sublimation in Farley, MO.

From single pieces to full crew runs, Farley gets sublimated gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

Sublimation delivered to Farley

Dye bonded into polyester fiber, so it never cracks, peels, or washes out. All-over prints, jerseys, koozies, mugs, and flags. For Farley, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

With a community of 266 spread over 1.2 square miles, Farley gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Lansing, KS (5 mi), Leavenworth, KS (6 mi), Platte City, MO (6 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. For the military community, Fort Leavenworth sits about 6 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Farley.

A typical week of sublimation orders from this corner of Missouri mixes Farley crews with neighbors like Lansing, 5 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.

What Farley gets sublimated

Team and league kits

Numbers, names, and sponsor logos in one process, one price. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Performance polyester gear

Moisture-wicking blanks where the print breathes with the fabric. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Camo and pattern builds

Custom patterns and camo concepts printed edge to edge. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Flags and display pieces

Polyester flags and display textiles in complete color. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Custom neck labels and details

The retail touches: printed neck labels and interior branding. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

All-over print jerseys

Jerseys with full-bleed color that survives because it is dye, not ink. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Farley customers feel the difference on the first order.

Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.

No sales call needed to get a number.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

04 //

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Farley customers, these three earn their keep.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

For all-over concepts, start from the boxiest silhouette we carry. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Classic Cotton Tee

Budget practice gear: standard tee, sublimated numbers, done. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Pullover Hoodie

Sublimated accents with embroidered marks make a hoodie that looks like team store product. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

No artwork? That is the normal case

Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.

What it costs

Budget planning for Farley customers starts with real numbers. This is our light cotton tee pack pricing with the front print already included.

Beyond the table, the only extras are per-piece and public: back prints at the listed rate stepping down to $3 then $2, oversized fronts at $3 dropping to $2, and 2XL-plus at $6 dropping to $4. The Design Lab does this arithmetic for you in real time.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.

02

Proof

The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.

03

Approve

Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.

04

Print and ship

Production and shipping run 5 to 7 business days standard. Rush options exist and get quoted honestly against your date.

05

Reorder

We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

The timeline to Farley addresses is fixed and published: 5 to 7 business days door to door, production included. Shipping rates are flat, visible in the table, and free from 100 pieces.

Before sealing, every carton is counted against the size roster, and tracking goes out the same day. Anything short or damaged gets replaced at our cost on an expedited timeline.

Common questions

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.

What is your return policy?

Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.

Is there a minimum order?

Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Farley crew begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.

What file types work best?

Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Completely. Build the design in the Design Lab and the full order total sits on screen the whole time; no email, no call, no waiting.
