Sublimation in Farson, WY.

From single pieces to full crew runs, Farson gets sublimated gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

Sublimation delivered to Farson

Farson crews order sublimated gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Farson address in 5 to 7 business days.

Farson covers 23.9 square miles of Wyoming, and delivery reaches every address in it on the standard 5 to 7 day window. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Eden, WY (7 mi), North Rock Springs, WY (34 mi), Reliance, WY (36 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. The closest major installation is Hill Air Force Base, roughly 146 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Farson.

A typical week of sublimation orders from this corner of Wyoming mixes Farson crews with neighbors like Eden, 7 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.

What Farson gets sublimated

All-over print jerseys

Edge-to-edge color dyed into the fabric, so the print can never crack or peel. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Team and league kits

Full kits with personalization included, because sublimation prints it all at once. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Performance polyester gear

Wicking fabric stays wicking, because the dye never blocks the weave. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Camo and pattern builds

Whole-garment patterns, from classic camo to unit-designed concepts. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Flags and display pieces

Full-color polyester flags and displays for events and dedications. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Custom neck labels and details

The retail touches: printed neck labels and interior branding. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Farson customers call, a person who owns the order answers.

It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.

No sales call needed to get a number.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

04 //

What to print it on

Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Farson customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.

Pullover Hoodie

The team-store look: sublimation accents plus embroidery on the fleece hoodie. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

The widest, boxiest blank we stock, which is exactly what edge-to-edge concepts need. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Classic Cotton Tee

Practice kits pair sublimated names and numbers with this standard tee to stay on budget. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Design help that costs nothing

Every order includes the design team. They rescue low-resolution logos, invent art from plain descriptions, and keep insignia and period typography accurate when the concept demands it. Twenty-four hours after you send the idea, the proof is in your inbox; as many revisions as it takes come free, and your written sign-off is what starts the presses.

Or open the Design Lab and lay the design out yourself, priced in real time on the exact blank.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.

02

Proof

A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.

03

Approve

Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.

04

Print and ship

Production and shipping run 5 to 7 business days standard. Rush options exist and get quoted honestly against your date.

05

Reorder

Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Delivery to Farson addresses follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.

The roster is the packing list: every size counted into the box, tracking issued at pickup, and any shortage or transit damage made right at our cost without argument.

Common questions

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.

What is your return policy?

Due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. Double check sizing and artwork before submitting your order. Every order gets a free proof first, and nothing prints until you approve it in writing.

Is there a minimum order?

Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Farson crew begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.

What file types work best?

Send whatever exists. Vectors print perfectly, high resolution PNGs print clean, and anything below that gets redrawn free by the design team before it goes near a press.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Completely. Build the design in the Design Lab and the full order total sits on screen the whole time; no email, no call, no waiting.

How long does shipping take?

Count 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, production included. Tighter date? Ask about rush and you get a straight answer before paying.
