Sublimation in Fellows, CA.

Custom sublimated gear for Fellows businesses, schools, teams, churches, and crews. Proofs in 24 hours, delivered in 5 to 7 days.

Sublimation delivered to Fellows

Dye bonded into polyester fiber, so it never cracks, peels, or washes out. All-over prints, jerseys, koozies, mugs, and flags. For Fellows, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

All 0.7 square miles of Fellows sit inside our normal delivery map, tracked door to door. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Ford City, CA (5 mi), Taft Heights, CA (5 mi), Derby Acres, CA (6 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. The closest major installation is Vandenberg SFB, roughly 63 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Fellows.

Because Ford City sits only 5 miles from Fellows, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.

What Fellows gets sublimated

Flags and display pieces

Dedication flags and display pieces printed in full color on polyester. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Custom neck labels and details

Neck labels and inner details that make merch look retail. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

All-over print jerseys

Seam-to-seam graphics that are part of the fabric, not sitting on it. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Team and league kits

Rosters, numbers, and sponsors all print in the same pass at the same price. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Performance polyester gear

Performance gear that still performs: the print adds zero weight and zero stiffness. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Camo and pattern builds

Whole-garment patterns, from classic camo to unit-designed concepts. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. Fellows customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.

Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.

See your exact price in about ninety seconds.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

04 //

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Fellows customers, these three earn their keep.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

For all-over concepts, start from the boxiest silhouette we carry. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Classic Cotton Tee

Practice kits pair sublimated names and numbers with this standard tee to stay on budget. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Pullover Hoodie

Sublimated accents with embroidered marks make a hoodie that looks like team store product. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

05 //

No artwork? That is the normal case

Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.

06 //

What it costs

Here is what Fellows customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Start in the Design Lab on the exact garment we print, or send whatever you have through the quote form. Rough ideas are welcome, that is what the free design service is for.

02

Proof

A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.

03

Approve

Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.

04

Print and ship

Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.

05

Reorder

Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Every order ships tracked to Fellows addresses with standard production plus shipping at 5 to 7 business days. Free shipping kicks in at 100 pieces, and pack shipping rates below that are published, not surprises at checkout.

Before sealing, every carton is counted against the size roster, and tracking goes out the same day. Anything short or damaged gets replaced at our cost on an expedited timeline.

Common questions

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Yes, and without giving up your email: the Design Lab keeps the complete total, packs to shipping, on screen while you design.

How long does shipping take?

Standard production plus shipping takes 5 to 7 business days. Rush options are available on many orders, tell us your date and we answer honestly.

Do you help with the design?

Always, at no charge. A designer takes your rough input, redraws it print ready, and has a proof in your inbox inside a day, with unlimited revisions after.

Can you handle a large order for your Fellows crew?

Absolutely. Bulk is where pack pricing shines, and big mixed-size runs ship counted against your roster with a single person accountable for the date.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.

What is your return policy?

Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.

Is there a minimum order?

Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Fellows crew begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.
