Sublimation in Felsenthal, AR.

From single pieces to full crew runs, Felsenthal gets sublimated gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

01 //

Sublimation delivered to Felsenthal

Dye bonded into polyester fiber, so it never cracks, peels, or washes out. All-over prints, jerseys, koozies, mugs, and flags. For Felsenthal, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Felsenthal is home to a community of 85 across 1.5 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Huttig, AR (2 mi), West Crossett, AR (10 mi), Crossett, AR (12 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. The closest major installation is Barksdale Air Force Base, roughly 95 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Felsenthal.

Because Huttig sits only 2 miles from Felsenthal, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.

What Felsenthal gets sublimated

Custom neck labels and details

The retail touches: printed neck labels and interior branding. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

All-over print jerseys

Jerseys with full-bleed color that survives because it is dye, not ink. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Team and league kits

Full kits with personalization included, because sublimation prints it all at once. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Performance polyester gear

Performance gear that still performs: the print adds zero weight and zero stiffness. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Camo and pattern builds

Custom patterns and camo concepts printed edge to edge. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Flags and display pieces

Full-color polyester flags and displays for events and dedications. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. Felsenthal customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.

The same discipline applies inward: an unrealistic date or a design that will not print well gets flagged before you commit, not explained after.

See your exact price in about ninety seconds.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

04 //

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Felsenthal customers, these three earn their keep.

Pullover Hoodie

Sublimated accents with embroidered marks make a hoodie that looks like team store product. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

The widest, boxiest blank we stock, which is exactly what edge-to-edge concepts need. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Classic Cotton Tee

Practice kits pair sublimated names and numbers with this standard tee to stay on budget. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

05 //

Bring the idea, we draw the rest

Finished files are welcome but never required. A faded photo, a hand sketch, or three sentences of description all become professional vector art at no charge, proofed back to you within a day. The revision count is unlimited, the approval is in writing, and production does not move an inch until that approval exists.

Hands-on types can skip the wait entirely: the Design Lab puts your art on the actual garment with the price updating live.

What it costs

Start the budget from the real numbers: published light cotton tee packs, front print built into every figure Felsenthal customers see.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.

02

Proof

Twenty-four hours gets you a designer-built proof on the exact blank you chose. Iterate freely until it is right.

03

Approve

Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.

04

Print and ship

Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.

05

Reorder

We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

The timeline to Felsenthal addresses is fixed and published: 5 to 7 business days door to door, production included. Shipping rates are flat, visible in the table, and free from 100 pieces.

Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.

Common questions

What is your return policy?

Due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. Double check sizing and artwork before submitting your order. Every order gets a free proof first, and nothing prints until you approve it in writing.

Is there a minimum order?

Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Felsenthal crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.

What file types work best?

Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Deployed addresses are first-class here: APO and FPO ship on the standard timeline, right alongside all 50 states.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Yes. The Design Lab shows live pack pricing, back print costs, size upcharges, and shipping as you build your design.

How long does shipping take?

Count 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, production included. Tighter date? Ask about rush and you get a straight answer before paying.
