Sublimation in Furman, SC.

Custom sublimated gear for Furman businesses, schools, teams, churches, and crews. Proofs in 24 hours, delivered in 5 to 7 days.

Sublimation delivered to Furman

Dye bonded into polyester fiber, so it never cracks, peels, or washes out. All-over prints, jerseys, koozies, mugs, and flags. For Furman, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Furman is home to a community of 222 across 3.1 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Scotia, SC (3 mi), Estill, SC (6 mi), Luray, SC (10 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. The closest major installation is MCRD Parris Island, roughly 31 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Furman.

Sublimation demand around Furman does not stop at the town line. Crews from Scotia (3 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Furman gets sublimated

All-over print jerseys

Jerseys with full-bleed color that survives because it is dye, not ink. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Team and league kits

Rosters, numbers, and sponsors all print in the same pass at the same price. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Performance polyester gear

Wicking fabric stays wicking, because the dye never blocks the weave. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Camo and pattern builds

Full-bleed patterns, including unit-specific camo concepts, across the entire garment. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Flags and display pieces

Polyester flags and display textiles in complete color. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Custom neck labels and details

Inside-collar branding for crews building a real merch line. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Furman customers call, a person who owns the order answers.

Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.

See your exact price in about ninety seconds.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

What to print it on

Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Furman customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

For all-over concepts, start from the boxiest silhouette we carry. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Classic Cotton Tee

Names and numbers pair with a standard tee for practice gear that does not break the budget. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Pullover Hoodie

Mix sublimated panels with stitched marks and this hoodie reads team-store retail. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

From rough idea to press-ready

The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.

The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.

What it costs

The table below is the actual price list Furman customers order from, light cotton tee, front print included, no asterisks.

QuantityPack pricePer shirtShippingAdd back print
10 pieces$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
15 pieces$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea
20 pieces$320$16 ea$20.99$4 ea
25 pieces$375$15 ea$20.99$3 ea
50 pieces$700$14 ea$22.99$2 ea
100 pieces$1200$12 eaFREE$2 ea

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.

02

Proof

A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.

03

Approve

Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.

04

Print and ship

Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.

05

Reorder

We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Production plus shipping to Furman addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.

Before sealing, every carton is counted against the size roster, and tracking goes out the same day. Anything short or damaged gets replaced at our cost on an expedited timeline.

Common questions

How long does shipping take?

Count 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, production included. Tighter date? Ask about rush and you get a straight answer before paying.

Do you help with the design?

Included with every order: a designer turns whatever you send into print-ready art, proofs it within 24 hours, and revises free until approved.

Can you handle a large order for your Furman crew?

Large runs are the core business: hundreds of pieces, mixed sizes, multiple colors, one named contact who owns it from first proof to the delivery scan.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.

What is your return policy?

Finality is the nature of custom work: no returns once it prints. Your protections live earlier in the process, in the free proof and the written approval that nothing skips.

Is there a minimum order?

Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Furman crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.

What file types work best?

Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.
