Sublimation in Gabbs, NV.

Custom sublimated gear for Gabbs businesses, schools, teams, churches, and crews. Proofs in 24 hours, delivered in 5 to 7 days.

Sublimation delivered to Gabbs

Gabbs crews order sublimated gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Gabbs address in 5 to 7 business days.

Gabbs covers 1.5 square miles of Nevada, and delivery reaches every address in it on the standard 5 to 7 day window. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Mina, NV (34 mi), Kingston, NV (52 mi), Austin, NV (64 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. For the military community, Naval Air Station Fallon sits about 62 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Gabbs.

A typical week of sublimation orders from this corner of Nevada mixes Gabbs crews with neighbors like Mina, 34 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.

What Gabbs gets sublimated

All-over print jerseys

Edge-to-edge color dyed into the fabric, so the print can never crack or peel. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Team and league kits

Full kits with personalization included, because sublimation prints it all at once. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Performance polyester gear

Wicking fabric stays wicking, because the dye never blocks the weave. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Camo and pattern builds

Full-bleed patterns, including unit-specific camo concepts, across the entire garment. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Flags and display pieces

Full-color polyester flags and displays for events and dedications. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Custom neck labels and details

Inside-collar branding for crews building a real merch line. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Gabbs customers call, a person who owns the order answers.

Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Gabbs customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

The widest, boxiest blank we stock, which is exactly what edge-to-edge concepts need. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Classic Cotton Tee

Practice kits pair sublimated names and numbers with this standard tee to stay on budget. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Pullover Hoodie

Mix sublimated panels with stitched marks and this hoodie reads team-store retail. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

The art department is included

Design help is not an upsell here, it is how orders start. Describe the concept in a sentence, attach whatever reference you have, and within 24 hours a real designer returns a proof drawn as clean vectors, era-correct where it matters. Revisions cost nothing and continue until the proof is right, and your written approval is the only thing that sends it to production.

The Design Lab is there when you want to drive: upload, place, and price the design yourself on the exact garment we print.

06 //

What it costs

No mystery pricing. These are the published packs on our light cotton tee, front print included, and Gabbs customers watch the per piece cost fall as quantity climbs.

QuantityPack pricePer shirtShippingAdd back print
10 pieces$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
15 pieces$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea
20 pieces$320$16 ea$20.99$4 ea

50 pieces$700$14 ea$22.99$2 ea
100 pieces$1200$12 eaFREE$2 ea

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Start in the Design Lab on the exact garment we print, or send whatever you have through the quote form. Rough ideas are welcome, that is what the free design service is for.

02

Proof

Within 24 hours you have a proof in your inbox, drawn to size, on the garment and color you picked. Revisions are unlimited and free.

03

Approve

Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.

04

Print and ship

From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.

05

Reorder

The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

The timeline to Gabbs addresses is fixed and published: 5 to 7 business days door to door, production included. Shipping rates are flat, visible in the table, and free from 100 pieces.

Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.

Common questions

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Completely. Build the design in the Design Lab and the full order total sits on screen the whole time; no email, no call, no waiting.

How long does shipping take?

Count 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, production included. Tighter date? Ask about rush and you get a straight answer before paying.

Do you help with the design?

Included with every order: a designer turns whatever you send into print-ready art, proofs it within 24 hours, and revises free until approved.

Can you handle a large order for your Gabbs crew?

Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.

What is your return policy?

Finality is the nature of custom work: no returns once it prints. Your protections live earlier in the process, in the free proof and the written approval that nothing skips.

Is there a minimum order?

The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your gabbs crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.
