Sublimation in Garnett, KS.

From single pieces to full crew runs, Garnett gets sublimated gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

Sublimation delivered to Garnett

Dye bonded into polyester fiber, so it never cracks, peels, or washes out. All-over prints, jerseys, koozies, mugs, and flags. For Garnett, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Census numbers put Garnett at about 3,200 people on 3.1 square miles of Kansas, all of it covered by the same tracked shipping. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Richmond, KS (8 mi), Mont Ida, KS (8 mi), Welda, KS (8 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. For the military community, Fort Leavenworth sits about 74 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Garnett.

Because Richmond sits only 8 miles from Garnett, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.

What Garnett gets sublimated

Camo and pattern builds

Whole-garment patterns, from classic camo to unit-designed concepts. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Flags and display pieces

Dedication flags and display pieces printed in full color on polyester. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Custom neck labels and details

The retail touches: printed neck labels and interior branding. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

All-over print jerseys

Edge-to-edge color dyed into the fabric, so the print can never crack or peel. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Team and league kits

Full kits with personalization included, because sublimation prints it all at once. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Performance polyester gear

Performance gear that still performs: the print adds zero weight and zero stiffness. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Garnett customers feel the difference on the first order.

Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.

No sales call needed to get a number.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

04 //

What to print it on

Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Garnett customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.

Classic Cotton Tee

Names and numbers pair with a standard tee for practice gear that does not break the budget. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Pullover Hoodie

Sublimated accents with embroidered marks make a hoodie that looks like team store product. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

The widest, boxiest blank we stock, which is exactly what edge-to-edge concepts need. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

05 //

No artwork? That is the normal case

Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.

What it costs

Start the budget from the real numbers: published light cotton tee packs, front print built into every figure Garnett customers see.

Every heavier garment keeps this same pack shape at its own numbers, and the Design Lab totals it live while you build.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.

02

Proof

Twenty-four hours gets you a designer-built proof on the exact blank you chose. Iterate freely until it is right.

03

Approve

Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.

04

Print and ship

From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.

05

Reorder

We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Garnett addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.

Every box leaves counted, tracked, and matched to your roster. Shortages and shipping damage are on us to fix, fast, because delivery day is the only day the customer remembers.

Common questions

Do you help with the design?

Included with every order: a designer turns whatever you send into print-ready art, proofs it within 24 hours, and revises free until approved.

Can you handle a large order for your Garnett crew?

Large orders are the specialty, not the exception: hundreds of mixed-size pieces, roster-counted boxes, one accountable contact.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.

What is your return policy?

Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.

Is there a minimum order?

Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Garnett crew begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.

What file types work best?

Send whatever exists. Vectors print perfectly, high resolution PNGs print clean, and anything below that gets redrawn free by the design team before it goes near a press.
