Sublimation in Gila, NM.

Custom sublimated gear for Gila businesses, schools, teams, churches, and crews. Proofs in 24 hours, delivered in 5 to 7 days.

Sublimation delivered to Gila

Gila crews order sublimated gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Gila address in 5 to 7 business days.

Gila covers 9.4 square miles of New Mexico, and delivery reaches every address in it on the standard 5 to 7 day window. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Cliff, NM (3 mi), Buckhorn, NM (10 mi), Little Walnut Village, NM (18 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. The closest major installation is White Sands Missile Range, roughly 112 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Gila.

A typical week of sublimation orders from this corner of New Mexico mixes Gila crews with neighbors like Cliff, 3 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.

What Gila gets sublimated

Custom neck labels and details

The retail touches: printed neck labels and interior branding. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

All-over print jerseys

Seam-to-seam graphics that are part of the fabric, not sitting on it. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Team and league kits

Numbers, names, and sponsor logos in one process, one price. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Performance polyester gear

Wicking fabric stays wicking, because the dye never blocks the weave. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Camo and pattern builds

Whole-garment patterns, from classic camo to unit-designed concepts. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Flags and display pieces

Full-color polyester flags and displays for events and dedications. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Gila customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.

It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

04 //

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Gila customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Classic Cotton Tee

Names and numbers pair with a standard tee for practice gear that does not break the budget. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Pullover Hoodie

The team-store look: sublimation accents plus embroidery on the fleece hoodie. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

The widest, boxiest blank we stock, which is exactly what edge-to-edge concepts need. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Design help that costs nothing

Every order includes the design team. They rescue low-resolution logos, invent art from plain descriptions, and keep insignia and period typography accurate when the concept demands it. Twenty-four hours after you send the idea, the proof is in your inbox; as many revisions as it takes come free, and your written sign-off is what starts the presses.

Or open the Design Lab and lay the design out yourself, priced in real time on the exact blank.

06 //

What it costs

Here is what Gila customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.

Order sizePack totalCost per pieceFreightBack side
10 pieces$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
15 pieces$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea
20 pieces$320$16 ea$20.99$4 ea
25 pieces$375$15 ea$20.99$3 ea
50 pieces$700$14 ea$22.99$2 ea
100 pieces$1200$12 eaFREE$2 ea

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.

02

Proof

Twenty-four hours gets you a designer-built proof on the exact blank you chose. Iterate freely until it is right.

03

Approve

You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.

04

Print and ship

From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.

05

Reorder

Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Gila addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.

Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.

Common questions

How long does shipping take?

Count 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, production included. Tighter date? Ask about rush and you get a straight answer before paying.

Do you help with the design?

Included with every order: a designer turns whatever you send into print-ready art, proofs it within 24 hours, and revises free until approved.

Can you handle a large order for your Gila crew?

Large runs are the core business: hundreds of pieces, mixed sizes, multiple colors, one named contact who owns it from first proof to the delivery scan.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.

What is your return policy?

There are no returns on custom orders; once printed, the work is final. That is exactly why production never starts without your written approval of a free proof, and why the size roster deserves a second look before you submit.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, 10 pieces. That is the smallest run we print, packs for your Gila crew keep dropping the per piece price from there, and free shipping starts at 100.
