Sublimation in Hays, NC.

Sublimation for Hays: free 24-hour proofs, published pack pricing, and tracked delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Sublimation delivered to Hays

Dye bonded into polyester fiber, so it never cracks, peels, or washes out. All-over prints, jerseys, koozies, mugs, and flags. For Hays, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Hays covers 6.2 square miles of North Carolina, and delivery reaches every address in it on the standard 5 to 7 day window. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Mulberry, NC (3 mi), Fairplains, NC (4 mi), North Wilkesboro, NC (5 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. Fort Liberty, around 145 miles from Hays, anchors the local military community we print for every week.

Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Hays counted against your roster.

Because Mulberry sits only 3 miles from Hays, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.

What Hays gets sublimated

Flags and display pieces

Polyester flags and display textiles in complete color. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Custom neck labels and details

Inside-collar branding for crews building a real merch line. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

All-over print jerseys

Jerseys with full-bleed color that survives because it is dye, not ink. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Team and league kits

Full kits with personalization included, because sublimation prints it all at once. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Performance polyester gear

Wicking fabric stays wicking, because the dye never blocks the weave. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Camo and pattern builds

Full-bleed patterns, including unit-specific camo concepts, across the entire garment. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Hays customers feel the difference on the first order.

Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Hays customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Pullover Hoodie

The team-store look: sublimation accents plus embroidery on the fleece hoodie. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

The widest, boxiest blank we stock, which is exactly what edge-to-edge concepts need. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Classic Cotton Tee

Practice kits pair sublimated names and numbers with this standard tee to stay on budget. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

From rough idea to press-ready

The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.

The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.

What it costs

Start the budget from the real numbers: published light cotton tee packs, front print built into every figure Hays customers see.

Pack of 10$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
Pack of 15$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.

02

Proof

A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.

03

Approve

Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.

04

Print and ship

Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.

05

Reorder

We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Production plus shipping to Hays addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.

The roster is the packing list: every size counted into the box, tracking issued at pickup, and any shortage or transit damage made right at our cost without argument.

Common questions

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes, APO and FPO delivery is standard here, not an exception, and every state in the country ships the same way.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Yes, and without giving up your email: the Design Lab keeps the complete total, packs to shipping, on screen while you design.

How long does shipping take?

Count 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, production included. Tighter date? Ask about rush and you get a straight answer before paying.

Do you help with the design?

Included with every order: a designer turns whatever you send into print-ready art, proofs it within 24 hours, and revises free until approved.

Can you handle a large order for your Hays crew?

Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.

What is your return policy?

Due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. Double check sizing and artwork before submitting your order. Every order gets a free proof first, and nothing prints until you approve it in writing.
