Sublimation in Helper, UT.

Custom sublimated gear for Helper businesses, schools, teams, churches, and crews. Proofs in 24 hours, delivered in 5 to 7 days.

Sublimation delivered to Helper

Helper crews order sublimated gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Helper address in 5 to 7 business days.

With about 2,100 people spread over 1.8 square miles, Helper gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Spring Glen, UT (2 mi), Kenilworth, UT (2 mi), Carbonville, UT (5 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. Camp Williams, around 79 miles from Helper, anchors the local military community we print for every week.

Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Helper counted against your roster.

Because Spring Glen sits only 2 miles from Helper, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.

What Helper gets sublimated

Team and league kits

Full kits with personalization included, because sublimation prints it all at once. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Performance polyester gear

Moisture-wicking blanks where the print breathes with the fabric. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Camo and pattern builds

Full-bleed patterns, including unit-specific camo concepts, across the entire garment. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Flags and display pieces

Dedication flags and display pieces printed in full color on polyester. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Custom neck labels and details

Neck labels and inner details that make merch look retail. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

All-over print jerseys

Jerseys with full-bleed color that survives because it is dye, not ink. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Helper customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.

The same discipline applies inward: an unrealistic date or a design that will not print well gets flagged before you commit, not explained after.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

04 //

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Helper customers, these three earn their keep.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

The widest, boxiest blank we stock, which is exactly what edge-to-edge concepts need. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Classic Cotton Tee

Practice kits pair sublimated names and numbers with this standard tee to stay on budget. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Pullover Hoodie

Sublimated accents with embroidered marks make a hoodie that looks like team store product. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Design help that costs nothing

Every order includes the design team. They rescue low-resolution logos, invent art from plain descriptions, and keep insignia and period typography accurate when the concept demands it. Twenty-four hours after you send the idea, the proof is in your inbox; as many revisions as it takes come free, and your written sign-off is what starts the presses.

Or open the Design Lab and lay the design out yourself, priced in real time on the exact blank.

06 //

What it costs

Budget planning for Helper customers starts with real numbers. This is our light cotton tee pack pricing with the front print already included.

Order sizePack totalCost per pieceFreightBack side
10 pack$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
15 pack$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea
20 pack$320$16 ea$20.99$4 ea

50 pack$700$14 ea$22.99$2 ea
100 pack$1200$12 eaFREE$2 ea

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Start in the Design Lab on the exact garment we print, or send whatever you have through the quote form. Rough ideas are welcome, that is what the free design service is for.

02

Proof

One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.

03

Approve

You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.

04

Print and ship

Production and shipping run 5 to 7 business days standard. Rush options exist and get quoted honestly against your date.

05

Reorder

We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Production plus shipping to Helper addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.

Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.

Common questions

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.

What is your return policy?

Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.

Is there a minimum order?

Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Helper crew begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.

What file types work best?

Send whatever exists. Vectors print perfectly, high resolution PNGs print clean, and anything below that gets redrawn free by the design team before it goes near a press.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Deployed addresses are first-class here: APO and FPO ship on the standard timeline, right alongside all 50 states.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

That is the point of the Design Lab: the complete number, packs, back prints, size upcharges, shipping, updates live while you design, before any contact form.
