Sublimation for Heron: free 24-hour proofs, published pack pricing, and tracked delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
Heron crews order sublimated gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Heron address in 5 to 7 business days.
Heron covers 5.1 square miles of Montana, and delivery reaches every address in it on the standard 5 to 7 day window. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Clark Fork, ID (11 mi), Noxon, MT (11 mi), Bull Lake, MT (13 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. Fairchild Air Force Base, around 73 miles from Heron, anchors the local military community we print for every week.
Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Heron counted against your roster.
Sublimation demand around Heron does not stop at the town line. Crews from Clark Fork (11 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.
Performance gear that still performs: the print adds zero weight and zero stiffness. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
Full-bleed patterns, including unit-specific camo concepts, across the entire garment. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.
Full-color polyester flags and displays for events and dedications. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
The retail touches: printed neck labels and interior branding. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
Jerseys with full-bleed color that survives because it is dye, not ink. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.
Rosters, numbers, and sponsors all print in the same pass at the same price. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Heron customers call, a person who owns the order answers.
Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.
Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.
Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Heron customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.
All-over designs want the boxiest canvas in the lineup, and this is it. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
Names and numbers pair with a standard tee for practice gear that does not break the budget. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
Mix sublimated panels with stitched marks and this hoodie reads team-store retail. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
Design help is not an upsell here, it is how orders start. Describe the concept in a sentence, attach whatever reference you have, and within 24 hours a real designer returns a proof drawn as clean vectors, era-correct where it matters. Revisions cost nothing and continue until the proof is right, and your written approval is the only thing that sends it to production.
The Design Lab is there when you want to drive: upload, place, and price the design yourself on the exact garment we print.
The table below is the actual price list Heron customers order from, light cotton tee, front print included, no asterisks.
| Order size | Pack total | Cost per piece | Freight | Back side |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 10 pack | $180 | $18 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 15 pack | $250 | $16.67 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 20 pack | $320 | $16 ea | $20.99 | $4 ea |
| 25 pack | $375 | $15 ea | $20.99 | $3 ea |
| 50 pack | $700 | $14 ea | $22.99 | $2 ea |

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.
Start in the Design Lab on the exact garment we print, or send whatever you have through the quote form. Rough ideas are welcome, that is what the free design service is for.
Twenty-four hours gets you a designer-built proof on the exact blank you chose. Iterate freely until it is right.
Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.
Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.
Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.
Every order ships tracked to Heron addresses with standard production plus shipping at 5 to 7 business days. Free shipping kicks in at 100 pieces, and pack shipping rates below that are published, not surprises at checkout.
The roster is the packing list: every size counted into the box, tracking issued at pickup, and any shortage or transit damage made right at our cost without argument.
Count 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, production included. Tighter date? Ask about rush and you get a straight answer before paying.
Included with every order: a designer turns whatever you send into print-ready art, proofs it within 24 hours, and revises free until approved.
Large runs are the core business: hundreds of pieces, mixed sizes, multiple colors, one named contact who owns it from first proof to the delivery scan.
Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Heron crew begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.
Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.
