Sublimation in High Shoals, NC.

Sublimation for High Shoals: free 24-hour proofs, published pack pricing, and tracked delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Sublimation delivered to High Shoals

Dye bonded into polyester fiber, so it never cracks, peels, or washes out. All-over prints, jerseys, koozies, mugs, and flags. For High Shoals, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Census numbers put High Shoals at a community of 614 on 2.6 square miles of North Carolina, all of it covered by the same tracked shipping. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Alexis, NC (4 mi), Dallas, NC (5 mi), Iron Station, NC (5 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. For the military community, Fort Jackson sits about 95 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to High Shoals.

A typical week of sublimation orders from this corner of North Carolina mixes High Shoals crews with neighbors like Alexis, 4 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.

What High Shoals gets sublimated

Performance polyester gear

Wicking fabric stays wicking, because the dye never blocks the weave. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Camo and pattern builds

Custom patterns and camo concepts printed edge to edge. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Flags and display pieces

Polyester flags and display textiles in complete color. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Custom neck labels and details

Neck labels and inner details that make merch look retail. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

All-over print jerseys

Edge-to-edge color dyed into the fabric, so the print can never crack or peel. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Team and league kits

Numbers, names, and sponsor logos in one process, one price. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. High shoals customers feel the difference on the first order.

That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.

See your exact price in about ninety seconds.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among High Shoals customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Pullover Hoodie

Mix sublimated panels with stitched marks and this hoodie reads team-store retail. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

The widest, boxiest blank we stock, which is exactly what edge-to-edge concepts need. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Classic Cotton Tee

Budget practice gear: standard tee, sublimated numbers, done. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

No artwork? That is the normal case

Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.

02

Proof

The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.

03

Approve

Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.

04

Print and ship

From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.

05

Reorder

Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Every order ships tracked to High Shoals addresses with standard production plus shipping at 5 to 7 business days. Free shipping kicks in at 100 pieces, and pack shipping rates below that are published, not surprises at checkout.

Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.

Common questions

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes. We ship to all 50 states and to APO and FPO addresses for deployed and overseas service members.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Completely. Build the design in the Design Lab and the full order total sits on screen the whole time; no email, no call, no waiting.

How long does shipping take?

Count 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, production included. Tighter date? Ask about rush and you get a straight answer before paying.

Do you help with the design?

Included with every order: a designer turns whatever you send into print-ready art, proofs it within 24 hours, and revises free until approved.

Can you handle a large order for your High Shoals crew?

Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.

What is your return policy?

Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
