Sublimation in Hurt, VA.

From single pieces to full crew runs, Hurt gets sublimated gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

01 //

Sublimation delivered to Hurt

Hurt crews order sublimated gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Hurt address in 5 to 7 business days.

With about 1,200 people spread over 3.5 square miles, Hurt gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Altavista, VA (2 mi), Motley, VA (3 mi), Gretna, VA (11 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. For the military community, Fort Gregg-Adams sits about 106 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Hurt.

A typical week of sublimation orders from this corner of Virginia mixes Hurt crews with neighbors like Altavista, 2 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.

What Hurt gets sublimated

Team and league kits

Full kits with personalization included, because sublimation prints it all at once. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Performance polyester gear

Moisture-wicking blanks where the print breathes with the fabric. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Camo and pattern builds

Custom patterns and camo concepts printed edge to edge. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Flags and display pieces

Dedication flags and display pieces printed in full color on polyester. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Custom neck labels and details

Inside-collar branding for crews building a real merch line. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

All-over print jerseys

Seam-to-seam graphics that are part of the fabric, not sitting on it. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Hurt customers call, a person who owns the order answers.

The same discipline applies inward: an unrealistic date or a design that will not print well gets flagged before you commit, not explained after.

See your exact price in about ninety seconds.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Hurt customers, these three earn their keep.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

The widest, boxiest blank we stock, which is exactly what edge-to-edge concepts need. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Classic Cotton Tee

Names and numbers pair with a standard tee for practice gear that does not break the budget. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Pullover Hoodie

Sublimated accents with embroidered marks make a hoodie that looks like team store product. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

The art department is included

Design help is not an upsell here, it is how orders start. Describe the concept in a sentence, attach whatever reference you have, and within 24 hours a real designer returns a proof drawn as clean vectors, era-correct where it matters. Revisions cost nothing and continue until the proof is right, and your written approval is the only thing that sends it to production.

The Design Lab is there when you want to drive: upload, place, and price the design yourself on the exact garment we print.

What it costs

No mystery pricing. These are the published packs on our light cotton tee, front print included, and Hurt customers watch the per piece cost fall as quantity climbs.

QuantityPack pricePer shirtShippingAdd back print

Beyond the table, the only extras are per-piece and public: back prints at the listed rate stepping down to $3 then $2, oversized fronts at $3 dropping to $2, and 2XL-plus at $6 dropping to $4. The Design Lab does this arithmetic for you in real time.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Send the idea through the quote form or build it yourself in the Design Lab. A napkin sketch photographed on a phone counts, our designers have built full unit runs from less.

02

Proof

One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.

03

Approve

The press does not move without your written yes. It is the single checkpoint that makes the no-returns policy fair.

04

Print and ship

Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.

05

Reorder

Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Production plus shipping to Hurt addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.

The roster is the packing list: every size counted into the box, tracking issued at pickup, and any shortage or transit damage made right at our cost without argument.

Common questions

How long does shipping take?

The standard clock is 5 to 7 business days covering both production and delivery. Many orders can run faster; name the date and we will confirm or decline honestly.

Do you help with the design?

Yes, and it costs nothing with your order. Send a sketch, an old logo, or just the idea, and a designer sends a print ready proof within 24 hours.

Can you handle a large order for your Hurt crew?

Large runs are the core business: hundreds of pieces, mixed sizes, multiple colors, one named contact who owns it from first proof to the delivery scan.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.

What is your return policy?

Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.

Is there a minimum order?

Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Hurt crew begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.
