Sublimation in Huxley, TX.

Custom sublimated gear for Huxley businesses, schools, teams, churches, and crews. Proofs in 24 hours, delivered in 5 to 7 days.

Sublimation delivered to Huxley

Dye bonded into polyester fiber, so it never cracks, peels, or washes out. All-over prints, jerseys, koozies, mugs, and flags. For Huxley, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

With a community of 363 spread over 2.0 square miles, Huxley gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Converse, LA (11 mi), Noble, LA (12 mi), Shelbyville, TX (12 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. For the military community, Fort Johnson sits about 54 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Huxley.

Because Converse sits only 11 miles from Huxley, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.

What Huxley gets sublimated

Performance polyester gear

Moisture-wicking blanks where the print breathes with the fabric. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Camo and pattern builds

Full-bleed patterns, including unit-specific camo concepts, across the entire garment. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Flags and display pieces

Dedication flags and display pieces printed in full color on polyester. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Custom neck labels and details

Inside-collar branding for crews building a real merch line. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

All-over print jerseys

Jerseys with full-bleed color that survives because it is dye, not ink. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Team and league kits

Rosters, numbers, and sponsors all print in the same pass at the same price. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Huxley customers feel the difference on the first order.

The same discipline applies inward: an unrealistic date or a design that will not print well gets flagged before you commit, not explained after.

No sales call needed to get a number.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

04 //

What to print it on

Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Huxley customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

All-over designs want the boxiest canvas in the lineup, and this is it. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Classic Cotton Tee

Practice kits pair sublimated names and numbers with this standard tee to stay on budget. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Pullover Hoodie

Sublimated accents with embroidered marks make a hoodie that looks like team store product. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

05 //

No artwork? That is the normal case

Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.

What it costs

The table below is the actual price list Huxley customers order from, light cotton tee, front print included, no asterisks.

PiecesTotalEachShipBack print add
10 pieces$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
15 pieces$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea
20 pieces$320$16 ea$20.99$4 ea
25 pieces$375$15 ea$20.99$3 ea
50 pieces$700$14 ea$22.99$2 ea
100 pieces$1200$12 eaFREE$2 ea

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Start in the Design Lab on the exact garment we print, or send whatever you have through the quote form. Rough ideas are welcome, that is what the free design service is for.

02

Proof

A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.

03

Approve

Your written approval is the gate. Until it exists, nothing prints; once it exists, exactly that design prints.

04

Print and ship

Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.

05

Reorder

The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Every order ships tracked to Huxley addresses with standard production plus shipping at 5 to 7 business days. Free shipping kicks in at 100 pieces, and pack shipping rates below that are published, not surprises at checkout.

The roster is the packing list: every size counted into the box, tracking issued at pickup, and any shortage or transit damage made right at our cost without argument.

Common questions

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.

What is your return policy?

Finality is the nature of custom work: no returns once it prints. Your protections live earlier in the process, in the free proof and the written approval that nothing skips.

Is there a minimum order?

The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your huxley crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.

What file types work best?

File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes. We ship to all 50 states and to APO and FPO addresses for deployed and overseas service members.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Yes. The Design Lab shows live pack pricing, back print costs, size upcharges, and shipping as you build your design.

How long does shipping take?

Five to seven business days, all in, from approval to arrival. Rush exists for real deadlines and gets an honest yes or no up front.
