Sublimation in Ironwood, MI.

From single pieces to full crew runs, Ironwood gets sublimated gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

Sublimation delivered to Ironwood

Ironwood crews order sublimated gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Ironwood address in 5 to 7 business days.

With about 5,000 people spread over 6.6 square miles, Ironwood gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Hurley, WI (3 mi), Montreal, WI (5 mi), Bessemer, MI (5 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. For the military community, Fort McCoy sits about 177 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Ironwood.

Because Hurley sits only 3 miles from Ironwood, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.

What Ironwood gets sublimated

Flags and display pieces

Dedication flags and display pieces printed in full color on polyester. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Custom neck labels and details

The retail touches: printed neck labels and interior branding. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

All-over print jerseys

Jerseys with full-bleed color that survives because it is dye, not ink. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Team and league kits

Full kits with personalization included, because sublimation prints it all at once. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Performance polyester gear

Wicking fabric stays wicking, because the dye never blocks the weave. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Camo and pattern builds

Full-bleed patterns, including unit-specific camo concepts, across the entire garment. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Ironwood customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.

That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

What to print it on

Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Ironwood customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.

Pullover Hoodie

Mix sublimated panels with stitched marks and this hoodie reads team-store retail. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

For all-over concepts, start from the boxiest silhouette we carry. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Classic Cotton Tee

Practice kits pair sublimated names and numbers with this standard tee to stay on budget. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Design help that costs nothing

Every order includes the design team. They rescue low-resolution logos, invent art from plain descriptions, and keep insignia and period typography accurate when the concept demands it. Twenty-four hours after you send the idea, the proof is in your inbox; as many revisions as it takes come free, and your written sign-off is what starts the presses.

Or open the Design Lab and lay the design out yourself, priced in real time on the exact blank.

What it costs

Here is what Ironwood customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Start in the Design Lab on the exact garment we print, or send whatever you have through the quote form. Rough ideas are welcome, that is what the free design service is for.

02

Proof

The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.

03

Approve

Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.

04

Print and ship

Production and shipping run 5 to 7 business days standard. Rush options exist and get quoted honestly against your date.

05

Reorder

Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Ironwood addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.

Before sealing, every carton is counted against the size roster, and tracking goes out the same day. Anything short or damaged gets replaced at our cost on an expedited timeline.

Common questions

Can you handle a large order for your Ironwood crew?

Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.

What is your return policy?

Due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. Double check sizing and artwork before submitting your order. Every order gets a free proof first, and nothing prints until you approve it in writing.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, 10 pieces. That is the smallest run we print, packs for your Ironwood crew keep dropping the per piece price from there, and free shipping starts at 100.

What file types work best?

Best case: vector art (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF). Very good case: a 300 DPI transparent PNG. Worst case: a screenshot, which our designers redraw at no charge anyway.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes. We ship to all 50 states and to APO and FPO addresses for deployed and overseas service members.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Yes. The Design Lab shows live pack pricing, back print costs, size upcharges, and shipping as you build your design.
