Sublimation in Jane, MO.

Sublimation for Jane: free 24-hour proofs, published pack pricing, and tracked delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Sublimation delivered to Jane

Dye bonded into polyester fiber, so it never cracks, peels, or washes out. All-over prints, jerseys, koozies, mugs, and flags. For Jane, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Jane is home to a community of 388 across 3.0 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Pineville, MO (5 mi), Bella Vista, AR (6 mi), Gravette, AR (8 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. For the military community, Fort Leonard Wood sits about 148 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Jane.

Sublimation demand around Jane does not stop at the town line. Crews from Pineville (5 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Jane gets sublimated

All-over print jerseys

Jerseys with full-bleed color that survives because it is dye, not ink. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Team and league kits

Full kits with personalization included, because sublimation prints it all at once. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Performance polyester gear

Wicking fabric stays wicking, because the dye never blocks the weave. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Camo and pattern builds

Custom patterns and camo concepts printed edge to edge. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Flags and display pieces

Polyester flags and display textiles in complete color. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Custom neck labels and details

The retail touches: printed neck labels and interior branding. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Jane customers call, a person who owns the order answers.

It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

04 //

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Jane customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Pullover Hoodie

The team-store look: sublimation accents plus embroidery on the fleece hoodie. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

All-over designs want the boxiest canvas in the lineup, and this is it. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Classic Cotton Tee

Practice kits pair sublimated names and numbers with this standard tee to stay on budget. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

05 //

No artwork? That is the normal case

Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.

06 //

What it costs

Start the budget from the real numbers: published light cotton tee packs, front print built into every figure Jane customers see.

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Start in the Design Lab on the exact garment we print, or send whatever you have through the quote form. Rough ideas are welcome, that is what the free design service is for.

02

Proof

A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.

03

Approve

Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.

04

Print and ship

From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.

05

Reorder

We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Jane addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.

The roster is the packing list: every size counted into the box, tracking issued at pickup, and any shortage or transit damage made right at our cost without argument.

Common questions

Do you help with the design?

Yes, and it costs nothing with your order. Send a sketch, an old logo, or just the idea, and a designer sends a print ready proof within 24 hours.

Can you handle a large order for your Jane crew?

Large orders are the specialty, not the exception: hundreds of mixed-size pieces, roster-counted boxes, one accountable contact.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.

What is your return policy?

Finality is the nature of custom work: no returns once it prints. Your protections live earlier in the process, in the free proof and the written approval that nothing skips.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, 10 pieces. That is the smallest run we print, packs for your Jane crew keep dropping the per piece price from there, and free shipping starts at 100.

What file types work best?

Send whatever exists. Vectors print perfectly, high resolution PNGs print clean, and anything below that gets redrawn free by the design team before it goes near a press.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.
