Sublimation in Kamiah, ID.

Custom sublimated gear for Kamiah businesses, schools, teams, churches, and crews. Proofs in 24 hours, delivered in 5 to 7 days.

Sublimation delivered to Kamiah

Dye bonded into polyester fiber, so it never cracks, peels, or washes out. All-over prints, jerseys, koozies, mugs, and flags. For Kamiah, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

With about 1,200 people spread over 1.1 square miles, Kamiah gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Kooskia, ID (6 mi), Stites, ID (10 mi), Nezperce, ID (10 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. For the military community, Fairchild Air Force Base sits about 120 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Kamiah.

A typical week of sublimation orders from this corner of Idaho mixes Kamiah crews with neighbors like Kooskia, 6 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.

What Kamiah gets sublimated

Performance polyester gear

Moisture-wicking blanks where the print breathes with the fabric. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Camo and pattern builds

Full-bleed patterns, including unit-specific camo concepts, across the entire garment. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Flags and display pieces

Dedication flags and display pieces printed in full color on polyester. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Custom neck labels and details

Neck labels and inner details that make merch look retail. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

All-over print jerseys

Jerseys with full-bleed color that survives because it is dye, not ink. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Team and league kits

Full kits with personalization included, because sublimation prints it all at once. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. Kamiah customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.

It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.

See your exact price in about ninety seconds.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

04 //

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Kamiah customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Classic Cotton Tee

Names and numbers pair with a standard tee for practice gear that does not break the budget. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Pullover Hoodie

The team-store look: sublimation accents plus embroidery on the fleece hoodie. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

The widest, boxiest blank we stock, which is exactly what edge-to-edge concepts need. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

05 //

No artwork? That is the normal case

Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

06 //

What it costs

Here is what Kamiah customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.

PiecesTotalEachShipBack print add
10 pieces$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
15 pieces$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea
20 pieces$320$16 ea$20.99$4 ea

50 pieces$700$14 ea$22.99$2 ea

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Start in the Design Lab on the exact garment we print, or send whatever you have through the quote form. Rough ideas are welcome, that is what the free design service is for.

02

Proof

One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.

03

Approve

The press does not move without your written yes. It is the single checkpoint that makes the no-returns policy fair.

04

Print and ship

From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.

05

Reorder

The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Kamiah addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.

Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.

Common questions

What is your return policy?

There are no returns on custom orders; once printed, the work is final. That is exactly why production never starts without your written approval of a free proof, and why the size roster deserves a second look before you submit.

Is there a minimum order?

The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your kamiah crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.

What file types work best?

File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Yes. The Design Lab shows live pack pricing, back print costs, size upcharges, and shipping as you build your design.

How long does shipping take?

Five to seven business days, all in, from approval to arrival. Rush exists for real deadlines and gets an honest yes or no up front.

Do you help with the design?

Design help is included free. Whatever you have, a napkin sketch, a faded shirt photo, a sentence, becomes a print-ready proof from a real designer within 24 hours.
