Sublimation in Kellogg, ID.

Custom sublimated gear for Kellogg businesses, schools, teams, churches, and crews. Proofs in 24 hours, delivered in 5 to 7 days.

Sublimation delivered to Kellogg

Kellogg crews order sublimated gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Kellogg address in 5 to 7 business days.

With about 2,400 people spread over 4.0 square miles, Kellogg gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Wardner, ID (1 mi), Smelterville, ID (2 mi), Pinehurst, ID (5 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. The closest major installation is Fairchild Air Force Base, roughly 61 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Kellogg counted against your roster.

Because Wardner sits only 1 miles from Kellogg, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.

What Kellogg gets sublimated

Flags and display pieces

Dedication flags and display pieces printed in full color on polyester. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Custom neck labels and details

Inside-collar branding for crews building a real merch line. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

All-over print jerseys

Seam-to-seam graphics that are part of the fabric, not sitting on it. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Team and league kits

Numbers, names, and sponsor logos in one process, one price. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Performance polyester gear

Performance gear that still performs: the print adds zero weight and zero stiffness. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Camo and pattern builds

Custom patterns and camo concepts printed edge to edge. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Kellogg customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.

Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.

No sales call needed to get a number.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

04 //

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Kellogg customers, these three earn their keep.

Classic Cotton Tee

Practice kits pair sublimated names and numbers with this standard tee to stay on budget. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Pullover Hoodie

Sublimated accents with embroidered marks make a hoodie that looks like team store product. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

The widest, boxiest blank we stock, which is exactly what edge-to-edge concepts need. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

05 //

The art department is included

Design help is not an upsell here, it is how orders start. Describe the concept in a sentence, attach whatever reference you have, and within 24 hours a real designer returns a proof drawn as clean vectors, era-correct where it matters. Revisions cost nothing and continue until the proof is right, and your written approval is the only thing that sends it to production.

The Design Lab is there when you want to drive: upload, place, and price the design yourself on the exact garment we print.

06 //

What it costs

Start the budget from the real numbers: published light cotton tee packs, front print built into every figure Kellogg customers see.

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.

02

Proof

Within 24 hours you have a proof in your inbox, drawn to size, on the garment and color you picked. Revisions are unlimited and free.

03

Approve

Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.

04

Print and ship

Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.

05

Reorder

Everything about the run gets archived, which turns every future reorder into a one-line email.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Production plus shipping to Kellogg addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.

Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.

Common questions

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.

What is your return policy?

Finality is the nature of custom work: no returns once it prints. Your protections live earlier in the process, in the free proof and the written approval that nothing skips.

Is there a minimum order?

The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your kellogg crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.

What file types work best?

File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Yes. The Design Lab shows live pack pricing, back print costs, size upcharges, and shipping as you build your design.

How long does shipping take?

Standard production plus shipping takes 5 to 7 business days. Rush options are available on many orders, tell us your date and we answer honestly.
