Sublimation for Langdon: free 24-hour proofs, published pack pricing, and tracked delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
Langdon crews order sublimated gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Langdon address in 5 to 7 business days.
With a community of 40 spread over 0.1 square miles, Langdon gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Turon, KS (6 mi), Plevna, KS (8 mi), Arlington, KS (9 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. McConnell Air Force Base, around 55 miles from Langdon, anchors the local military community we print for every week.
Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Langdon counted against your roster.
A typical week of sublimation orders from this corner of Kansas mixes Langdon crews with neighbors like Turon, 6 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.
Dedication flags and display pieces printed in full color on polyester. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
The retail touches: printed neck labels and interior branding. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.
Edge-to-edge color dyed into the fabric, so the print can never crack or peel. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
Full kits with personalization included, because sublimation prints it all at once. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
Moisture-wicking blanks where the print breathes with the fabric. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
Full-bleed patterns, including unit-specific camo concepts, across the entire garment. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. Langdon customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.
It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.
The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.
Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Langdon customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.
The widest, boxiest blank we stock, which is exactly what edge-to-edge concepts need. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.
Names and numbers pair with a standard tee for practice gear that does not break the budget. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
Mix sublimated panels with stitched marks and this hoodie reads team-store retail. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
Most orders here start without finished artwork, and that is fine. Our in-house designers redraw low resolution logos as clean vectors, build new designs from a written description, and match era-correct type and insignia when the design calls for it. The service costs nothing with an order, the first proof lands within 24 hours, and revisions are unlimited. You approve the final art in writing before production, so the shirt that arrives is the shirt you signed off on.
Want to try it yourself first? The Design Lab lets you upload art, add text in stencil and athletic fonts, and position everything on the exact garment with live pricing the whole time.
Here is what Langdon customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.

| 10 pieces | $180 | $18 ea | $18 | $4 ea |

Back prints add per piece at the rate shown, dropping to $3 at 25 pieces and $2 at 50. Oversized full body fronts add $3 per piece under 25 pieces and $2 at 25 or more, and sizes 2XL and up add $6 each under 25 pieces or $4 each at 25 or more. Heavier garments follow the same pack structure at their own price points, all shown live in the Design Lab.
The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.
One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.
The press does not move without your written yes. It is the single checkpoint that makes the no-returns policy fair.
Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.
Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.
Production plus shipping to Langdon addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.
The roster is the packing list: every size counted into the box, tracking issued at pickup, and any shortage or transit damage made right at our cost without argument.
Standard production plus shipping takes 5 to 7 business days. Rush options are available on many orders, tell us your date and we answer honestly.
Always, at no charge. A designer takes your rough input, redraws it print ready, and has a proof in your inbox inside a day, with unlimited revisions after.
Large orders are the specialty, not the exception: hundreds of mixed-size pieces, roster-counted boxes, one accountable contact.
The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Langdon crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.
Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.
