From single pieces to full crew runs, Macdoel gets sublimated gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.
Dye bonded into polyester fiber, so it never cracks, peels, or washes out. All-over prints, jerseys, koozies, mugs, and flags. For Macdoel, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
All 0.2 square miles of Macdoel sit inside our normal delivery map, tracked door to door. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Mount Hebron, CA (3 mi), Dorris, CA (11 mi), Tennant, CA (18 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. The closest major installation is Kingsley Field, roughly 30 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.
Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Macdoel counted against your roster.
A typical week of sublimation orders from this corner of California mixes Macdoel crews with neighbors like Mount Hebron, 3 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.
Wicking fabric stays wicking, because the dye never blocks the weave. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
Full-bleed patterns, including unit-specific camo concepts, across the entire garment. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
Polyester flags and display textiles in complete color. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
Neck labels and inner details that make merch look retail. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
Edge-to-edge color dyed into the fabric, so the print can never crack or peel. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
Rosters, numbers, and sponsors all print in the same pass at the same price. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
We built this company on a simple standard: print it like the name on it matters. For Macdoel customers, that means honest timelines, real proofs, and no excuses on delivery day.
Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.
Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.
Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Macdoel customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.
Mix sublimated panels with stitched marks and this hoodie reads team-store retail. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
All-over designs want the boxiest canvas in the lineup, and this is it. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
Budget practice gear: standard tee, sublimated numbers, done. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.
The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.
Budget planning for Macdoel customers starts with real numbers. This is our light cotton tee pack pricing with the front print already included.

Within 24 hours you have a proof in your inbox, drawn to size, on the garment and color you picked. Revisions are unlimited and free.
The press does not move without your written yes. It is the single checkpoint that makes the no-returns policy fair.
From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.
We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.
Every order ships tracked to Macdoel addresses with standard production plus shipping at 5 to 7 business days. Free shipping kicks in at 100 pieces, and pack shipping rates below that are published, not surprises at checkout.
Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.
The standard clock is 5 to 7 business days covering both production and delivery. Many orders can run faster; name the date and we will confirm or decline honestly.
Yes, and it costs nothing with your order. Send a sketch, an old logo, or just the idea, and a designer sends a print ready proof within 24 hours.
Absolutely. Bulk is where pack pricing shines, and big mixed-size runs ship counted against your roster with a single person accountable for the date.
Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Macdoel crew begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.
Send whatever exists. Vectors print perfectly, high resolution PNGs print clean, and anything below that gets redrawn free by the design team before it goes near a press.
