From single pieces to full crew runs, Manning gets sublimated gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.
Dye bonded into polyester fiber, so it never cracks, peels, or washes out. All-over prints, jerseys, koozies, mugs, and flags. For Manning, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
Manning is home to about 1,400 people across 2.5 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Aspinwall, IA (4 mi), Gray, IA (6 mi), Templeton, IA (6 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. The closest major installation is Offutt Air Force Base, roughly 67 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.
No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Manning.
A typical week of sublimation orders from this corner of Iowa mixes Manning crews with neighbors like Aspinwall, 4 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.
Full kits with personalization included, because sublimation prints it all at once. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
Wicking fabric stays wicking, because the dye never blocks the weave. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
Full-bleed patterns, including unit-specific camo concepts, across the entire garment. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
Full-color polyester flags and displays for events and dedications. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
Neck labels and inner details that make merch look retail. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
Edge-to-edge color dyed into the fabric, so the print can never crack or peel. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Manning customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.
It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.
Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.
Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Manning customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.
All-over designs want the boxiest canvas in the lineup, and this is it. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
Budget practice gear: standard tee, sublimated numbers, done. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
Sublimated accents with embroidered marks make a hoodie that looks like team store product. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.
The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.
No mystery pricing. These are the published packs on our light cotton tee, front print included, and Manning customers watch the per piece cost fall as quantity climbs.

Back prints add per piece at the rate shown, dropping to $3 at 25 pieces and $2 at 50. Oversized full body fronts add $3 per piece under 25 pieces and $2 at 25 or more, and sizes 2XL and up add $6 each under 25 pieces or $4 each at 25 or more. Heavier garments follow the same pack structure at their own price points, all shown live in the Design Lab.
Send the idea through the quote form or build it yourself in the Design Lab. A napkin sketch photographed on a phone counts, our designers have built full unit runs from less.
One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.
Your written approval is the gate. Until it exists, nothing prints; once it exists, exactly that design prints.
From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.
Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.
Production plus shipping to Manning addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.
Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.
Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.
Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.
There are no returns on custom orders; once printed, the work is final. That is exactly why production never starts without your written approval of a free proof, and why the size roster deserves a second look before you submit.
Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Manning crew begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.
Best case: vector art (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF). Very good case: a 300 DPI transparent PNG. Worst case: a screenshot, which our designers redraw at no charge anyway.
We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.
