Sublimation in Markle, IN.

Sublimation for Markle: free 24-hour proofs, published pack pricing, and tracked delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Sublimation delivered to Markle

Dye bonded into polyester fiber, so it never cracks, peels, or washes out. All-over prints, jerseys, koozies, mugs, and flags. For Markle, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Census numbers put Markle at about 1,100 people on 1.5 square miles of Indiana, all of it covered by the same tracked shipping. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Uniondale, IN (5 mi), Zanesville, IN (7 mi), Huntington, IN (9 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. For the military community, Grissom Air Reserve Base sits about 38 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Markle counted against your roster.

A typical week of sublimation orders from this corner of Indiana mixes Markle crews with neighbors like Uniondale, 5 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.

What Markle gets sublimated

Team and league kits

Numbers, names, and sponsor logos in one process, one price. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Performance polyester gear

Wicking fabric stays wicking, because the dye never blocks the weave. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Camo and pattern builds

Full-bleed patterns, including unit-specific camo concepts, across the entire garment. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Flags and display pieces

Dedication flags and display pieces printed in full color on polyester. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Custom neck labels and details

The retail touches: printed neck labels and interior branding. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

All-over print jerseys

Jerseys with full-bleed color that survives because it is dye, not ink. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Markle customers call, a person who owns the order answers.

Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.

No sales call needed to get a number.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Markle customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

The widest, boxiest blank we stock, which is exactly what edge-to-edge concepts need. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Classic Cotton Tee

Practice kits pair sublimated names and numbers with this standard tee to stay on budget. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Pullover Hoodie

Sublimated accents with embroidered marks make a hoodie that looks like team store product. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

From rough idea to press-ready

The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.

The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.

02

Proof

One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.

03

Approve

Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.

04

Print and ship

Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, with rush available when the calendar demands it.

05

Reorder

Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

The timeline to Markle addresses is fixed and published: 5 to 7 business days door to door, production included. Shipping rates are flat, visible in the table, and free from 100 pieces.

Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.

Common questions

Can you handle a large order for your Markle crew?

Large runs are the core business: hundreds of pieces, mixed sizes, multiple colors, one named contact who owns it from first proof to the delivery scan.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.

What is your return policy?

Due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. Double check sizing and artwork before submitting your order. Every order gets a free proof first, and nothing prints until you approve it in writing.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, 10 pieces. That is the smallest run we print, packs for your Markle crew keep dropping the per piece price from there, and free shipping starts at 100.

What file types work best?

Best case: vector art (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF). Very good case: a 300 DPI transparent PNG. Worst case: a screenshot, which our designers redraw at no charge anyway.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Deployed addresses are first-class here: APO and FPO ship on the standard timeline, right alongside all 50 states.
