Sublimation delivered to Marston

Dye bonded into polyester fiber, so it never cracks, peels, or washes out. All-over prints, jerseys, koozies, mugs, and flags. For Marston, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Marston is home to a community of 370 across 1.1 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Howardville, MO (4 mi), Lilbourn, MO (5 mi), New Madrid, MO (6 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. NSA Mid-South, around 83 miles from Marston, anchors the local military community we print for every week.

Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Marston counted against your roster.

Sublimation demand around Marston does not stop at the town line. Crews from Howardville (4 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Marston gets sublimated

Custom neck labels and details

Inside-collar branding for crews building a real merch line. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

All-over print jerseys

Jerseys with full-bleed color that survives because it is dye, not ink. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Team and league kits

Rosters, numbers, and sponsors all print in the same pass at the same price. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Performance polyester gear

Wicking fabric stays wicking, because the dye never blocks the weave. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Camo and pattern builds

Full-bleed patterns, including unit-specific camo concepts, across the entire garment. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Flags and display pieces

Dedication flags and display pieces printed in full color on polyester. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Marston customers call, a person who owns the order answers.

Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

04 //

What to print it on

Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Marston customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.

Classic Cotton Tee

Names and numbers pair with a standard tee for practice gear that does not break the budget. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Pullover Hoodie

Mix sublimated panels with stitched marks and this hoodie reads team-store retail. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

For all-over concepts, start from the boxiest silhouette we carry. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

05 //

No artwork? That is the normal case

Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.

What it costs

Start the budget from the real numbers: published light cotton tee packs, front print built into every figure Marston customers see.

Beyond the table, the only extras are per-piece and public: back prints at the listed rate stepping down to $3 then $2, oversized fronts at $3 dropping to $2, and 2XL-plus at $6 dropping to $4. The Design Lab does this arithmetic for you in real time.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.

02

Proof

The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.

03

Approve

Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.

04

Print and ship

Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.

05

Reorder

Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Every order ships tracked to Marston addresses with standard production plus shipping at 5 to 7 business days. Free shipping kicks in at 100 pieces, and pack shipping rates below that are published, not surprises at checkout.

The roster is the packing list: every size counted into the box, tracking issued at pickup, and any shortage or transit damage made right at our cost without argument.

Common questions

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.

What is your return policy?

Due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. Double check sizing and artwork before submitting your order. Every order gets a free proof first, and nothing prints until you approve it in writing.

Is there a minimum order?

Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Marston crew begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.

What file types work best?

File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Yes. The Design Lab shows live pack pricing, back print costs, size upcharges, and shipping as you build your design.
