Sublimation in May, OK.

Sublimation for May: free 24-hour proofs, published pack pricing, and tracked delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

01 //

Sublimation delivered to May

Dye bonded into polyester fiber, so it never cracks, peels, or washes out. All-over prints, jerseys, koozies, mugs, and flags. For May, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Census numbers put May at a community of 29 on 0.2 square miles of Oklahoma, all of it covered by the same tracked shipping. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Fort Supply, OK (10 mi), Laverne, OK (10 mi), Buffalo, OK (16 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. The closest major installation is Vance Air Force Base, roughly 105 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to May.

A typical week of sublimation orders from this corner of Oklahoma mixes May crews with neighbors like Fort Supply, 10 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.

What May gets sublimated

Flags and display pieces

Dedication flags and display pieces printed in full color on polyester. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Custom neck labels and details

The retail touches: printed neck labels and interior branding. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

All-over print jerseys

Seam-to-seam graphics that are part of the fabric, not sitting on it. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Team and league kits

Full kits with personalization included, because sublimation prints it all at once. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Performance polyester gear

Wicking fabric stays wicking, because the dye never blocks the weave. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Camo and pattern builds

Full-bleed patterns, including unit-specific camo concepts, across the entire garment. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We built this company on a simple standard: print it like the name on it matters. For May customers, that means honest timelines, real proofs, and no excuses on delivery day.

Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

04 //

What to print it on

Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks May customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.

Classic Cotton Tee

Budget practice gear: standard tee, sublimated numbers, done. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Pullover Hoodie

Sublimated accents with embroidered marks make a hoodie that looks like team store product. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

The widest, boxiest blank we stock, which is exactly what edge-to-edge concepts need. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

05 //

No artwork? That is the normal case

Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.

02

Proof

Twenty-four hours gets you a designer-built proof on the exact blank you chose. Iterate freely until it is right.

03

Approve

Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.

04

Print and ship

Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, with rush available when the calendar demands it.

05

Reorder

Everything about the run gets archived, which turns every future reorder into a one-line email.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to May addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.

Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.

Common questions

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.

What is your return policy?

There are no returns on custom orders; once printed, the work is final. That is exactly why production never starts without your written approval of a free proof, and why the size roster deserves a second look before you submit.

Is there a minimum order?

Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your May crew begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.

What file types work best?

File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes, APO and FPO delivery is standard here, not an exception, and every state in the country ships the same way.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Completely. Build the design in the Design Lab and the full order total sits on screen the whole time; no email, no call, no waiting.

How long does shipping take?

Standard production plus shipping takes 5 to 7 business days. Rush options are available on many orders, tell us your date and we answer honestly.
