Sublimation in Menlo, KS.

From single pieces to full crew runs, Menlo gets sublimated gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

Sublimation delivered to Menlo

Dye bonded into polyester fiber, so it never cracks, peels, or washes out. All-over prints, jerseys, koozies, mugs, and flags. For Menlo, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Menlo is home to a community of 33 across 0.1 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Rexford, KS (8 mi), Gem, KS (10 mi), Hoxie, KS (15 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. The closest major installation is Fort Riley, roughly 209 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Menlo.

Sublimation demand around Menlo does not stop at the town line. Crews from Rexford (8 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Menlo gets sublimated

Performance polyester gear

Performance gear that still performs: the print adds zero weight and zero stiffness. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Camo and pattern builds

Full-bleed patterns, including unit-specific camo concepts, across the entire garment. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Flags and display pieces

Full-color polyester flags and displays for events and dedications. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Custom neck labels and details

Neck labels and inner details that make merch look retail. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

All-over print jerseys

Jerseys with full-bleed color that survives because it is dye, not ink. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Team and league kits

Rosters, numbers, and sponsors all print in the same pass at the same price. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Menlo customers call, a person who owns the order answers.

It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.

No sales call needed to get a number.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Menlo customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Pullover Hoodie

The team-store look: sublimation accents plus embroidery on the fleece hoodie. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

All-over designs want the boxiest canvas in the lineup, and this is it. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Classic Cotton Tee

Budget practice gear: standard tee, sublimated numbers, done. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

05 //

No artwork? That is the normal case

Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

What it costs

Here is what Menlo customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.

Pack of 10$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
Pack of 15$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea

Beyond the table, the only extras are per-piece and public: back prints at the listed rate stepping down to $3 then $2, oversized fronts at $3 dropping to $2, and 2XL-plus at $6 dropping to $4. The Design Lab does this arithmetic for you in real time.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.

02

Proof

One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.

03

Approve

You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.

04

Print and ship

Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, with rush available when the calendar demands it.

05

Reorder

We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Delivery to Menlo addresses follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.

Before sealing, every carton is counted against the size roster, and tracking goes out the same day. Anything short or damaged gets replaced at our cost on an expedited timeline.

Common questions

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.

What is your return policy?

Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.

Is there a minimum order?

The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your menlo crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.

What file types work best?

Best case: vector art (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF). Very good case: a 300 DPI transparent PNG. Worst case: a screenshot, which our designers redraw at no charge anyway.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes, APO and FPO delivery is standard here, not an exception, and every state in the country ships the same way.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Yes, and without giving up your email: the Design Lab keeps the complete total, packs to shipping, on screen while you design.

How long does shipping take?

Five to seven business days, all in, from approval to arrival. Rush exists for real deadlines and gets an honest yes or no up front.
