Sublimation in Miles, TX.

Custom sublimated gear for Miles businesses, schools, teams, churches, and crews. Proofs in 24 hours, delivered in 5 to 7 days.

01 //

Sublimation delivered to Miles

Miles crews order sublimated gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Miles address in 5 to 7 business days.

Census numbers put Miles at a community of 923 on 1.7 square miles of Texas, all of it covered by the same tracked shipping. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Rowena, TX (9 mi), Paint Rock, TX (17 mi), Ballinger, TX (17 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. For the military community, Goodfellow Air Force Base sits about 19 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Miles.

A typical week of sublimation orders from this corner of Texas mixes Miles crews with neighbors like Rowena, 9 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.

What Miles gets sublimated

Performance polyester gear

Moisture-wicking blanks where the print breathes with the fabric. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Camo and pattern builds

Full-bleed patterns, including unit-specific camo concepts, across the entire garment. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Flags and display pieces

Polyester flags and display textiles in complete color. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Custom neck labels and details

The retail touches: printed neck labels and interior branding. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

All-over print jerseys

Jerseys with full-bleed color that survives because it is dye, not ink. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Team and league kits

Rosters, numbers, and sponsors all print in the same pass at the same price. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. Miles customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.

That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

04 //

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Miles customers, these three earn their keep.

Pullover Hoodie

The team-store look: sublimation accents plus embroidery on the fleece hoodie. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

For all-over concepts, start from the boxiest silhouette we carry. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Classic Cotton Tee

Budget practice gear: standard tee, sublimated numbers, done. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

The art department is included

Design help is not an upsell here, it is how orders start. Describe the concept in a sentence, attach whatever reference you have, and within 24 hours a real designer returns a proof drawn as clean vectors, era-correct where it matters. Revisions cost nothing and continue until the proof is right, and your written approval is the only thing that sends it to production.

The Design Lab is there when you want to drive: upload, place, and price the design yourself on the exact garment we print.

06 //

What it costs

No mystery pricing. These are the published packs on our light cotton tee, front print included, and Miles customers watch the per piece cost fall as quantity climbs.

Options price per piece: back prints at the listed rate (falling to $3 at 25 and $2 at 50), oversized full-body fronts at $3 under 25 pieces or $2 above, and 2XL-plus sizes at $6 under 25 pieces or $4 above. Every heavier garment keeps this same pack shape at its own numbers, and the Design Lab totals it live while you build.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Send the idea through the quote form or build it yourself in the Design Lab. A napkin sketch photographed on a phone counts, our designers have built full unit runs from less.

02

Proof

A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.

03

Approve

Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.

04

Print and ship

From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.

05

Reorder

Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Production plus shipping to Miles addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.

Every box leaves counted, tracked, and matched to your roster. Shortages and shipping damage are on us to fix, fast, because delivery day is the only day the customer remembers.

Common questions

How long does shipping take?

Five to seven business days, all in, from approval to arrival. Rush exists for real deadlines and gets an honest yes or no up front.

Do you help with the design?

Design help is included free. Whatever you have, a napkin sketch, a faded shirt photo, a sentence, becomes a print-ready proof from a real designer within 24 hours.

Can you handle a large order for your Miles crew?

Large orders are the specialty, not the exception: hundreds of mixed-size pieces, roster-counted boxes, one accountable contact.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.

What is your return policy?

There are no returns on custom orders; once printed, the work is final. That is exactly why production never starts without your written approval of a free proof, and why the size roster deserves a second look before you submit.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, 10 pieces. That is the smallest run we print, packs for your Miles crew keep dropping the per piece price from there, and free shipping starts at 100.

What file types work best?

Best case: vector art (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF). Very good case: a 300 DPI transparent PNG. Worst case: a screenshot, which our designers redraw at no charge anyway.
