From single pieces to full crew runs, Morven gets sublimated gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.
Dye bonded into polyester fiber, so it never cracks, peels, or washes out. All-over prints, jerseys, koozies, mugs, and flags. For Morven, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
With a community of 514 spread over 1.7 square miles, Morven gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Hahira, GA (8 mi), Cecil, GA (10 mi), Berlin, GA (11 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. Moody Air Force Base, around 15 miles from Morven, anchors the local military community we print for every week.
No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Morven.
Because Hahira sits only 8 miles from Morven, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.
Full-bleed patterns, including unit-specific camo concepts, across the entire garment. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
Polyester flags and display textiles in complete color. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.
Neck labels and inner details that make merch look retail. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
Edge-to-edge color dyed into the fabric, so the print can never crack or peel. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
Rosters, numbers, and sponsors all print in the same pass at the same price. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
Wicking fabric stays wicking, because the dye never blocks the weave. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Morven customers call, a person who owns the order answers.
It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.
The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.
Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Morven customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.
For all-over concepts, start from the boxiest silhouette we carry. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
Budget practice gear: standard tee, sublimated numbers, done. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
Sublimated accents with embroidered marks make a hoodie that looks like team store product. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.
The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.
The table below is the actual price list Morven customers order from, light cotton tee, front print included, no asterisks.

Oversized full body fronts add $3 per piece under 25 pieces and $2 at 25 or more, and sizes 2XL and up add $6 each under 25 pieces or $4 each at 25 or more. Heavier garments follow the same pack structure at their own price points, all shown live in the Design Lab.
Start in the Design Lab on the exact garment we print, or send whatever you have through the quote form. Rough ideas are welcome, that is what the free design service is for.
The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.
Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.
Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, with rush available when the calendar demands it.
Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.
The timeline to Morven addresses is fixed and published: 5 to 7 business days door to door, production included. Shipping rates are flat, visible in the table, and free from 100 pieces.
The roster is the packing list: every size counted into the box, tracking issued at pickup, and any shortage or transit damage made right at our cost without argument.
Yes, and it costs nothing with your order. Send a sketch, an old logo, or just the idea, and a designer sends a print ready proof within 24 hours.
Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.
Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your morven crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.
File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.
