Sublimation in Navajo, NM.

From single pieces to full crew runs, Navajo gets sublimated gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

01 //

Sublimation delivered to Navajo

Navajo crews order sublimated gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Navajo address in 5 to 7 business days.

All 2.3 square miles of Navajo sit inside our normal delivery map, tracked door to door. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Sawmill, AZ (7 mi), Crystal, NM (9 mi), Fort Defiance, AZ (11 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. Kirtland Air Force Base, around 145 miles from Navajo, anchors the local military community we print for every week.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Navajo.

Because Sawmill sits only 7 miles from Navajo, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.

What Navajo gets sublimated

Team and league kits

Numbers, names, and sponsor logos in one process, one price. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Performance polyester gear

Wicking fabric stays wicking, because the dye never blocks the weave. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Camo and pattern builds

Custom patterns and camo concepts printed edge to edge. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Flags and display pieces

Dedication flags and display pieces printed in full color on polyester. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Custom neck labels and details

Neck labels and inner details that make merch look retail. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

All-over print jerseys

Jerseys with full-bleed color that survives because it is dye, not ink. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We built this company on a simple standard: print it like the name on it matters. For Navajo customers, that means honest timelines, real proofs, and no excuses on delivery day.

Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

04 //

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Navajo customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

For all-over concepts, start from the boxiest silhouette we carry. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Classic Cotton Tee

Practice kits pair sublimated names and numbers with this standard tee to stay on budget. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Pullover Hoodie

Sublimated accents with embroidered marks make a hoodie that looks like team store product. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

05 //

The art department is included

Design help is not an upsell here, it is how orders start. Describe the concept in a sentence, attach whatever reference you have, and within 24 hours a real designer returns a proof drawn as clean vectors, era-correct where it matters. Revisions cost nothing and continue until the proof is right, and your written approval is the only thing that sends it to production.

The Design Lab is there when you want to drive: upload, place, and price the design yourself on the exact garment we print.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.

02

Proof

The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.

03

Approve

Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.

04

Print and ship

Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, with rush available when the calendar demands it.

05

Reorder

The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Delivery to Navajo addresses follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.

Before sealing, every carton is counted against the size roster, and tracking goes out the same day. Anything short or damaged gets replaced at our cost on an expedited timeline.

Common questions

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Completely. Build the design in the Design Lab and the full order total sits on screen the whole time; no email, no call, no waiting.

How long does shipping take?

The standard clock is 5 to 7 business days covering both production and delivery. Many orders can run faster; name the date and we will confirm or decline honestly.

Do you help with the design?

Yes, and it costs nothing with your order. Send a sketch, an old logo, or just the idea, and a designer sends a print ready proof within 24 hours.

Can you handle a large order for your Navajo crew?

Large runs are the core business: hundreds of pieces, mixed sizes, multiple colors, one named contact who owns it from first proof to the delivery scan.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.

What is your return policy?

There are no returns on custom orders; once printed, the work is final. That is exactly why production never starts without your written approval of a free proof, and why the size roster deserves a second look before you submit.
