Sublimation in Nehawka, NE.

From single pieces to full crew runs, Nehawka gets sublimated gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

Sublimation delivered to Nehawka

Nehawka crews order sublimated gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Nehawka address in 5 to 7 business days.

Nehawka is home to a community of 173 across 0.2 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Union, NE (4 mi), Murray, NE (7 mi), Lake Waconda, NE (7 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. For the military community, Offutt Air Force Base sits about 24 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Nehawka.

Because Union sits only 4 miles from Nehawka, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.

What Nehawka gets sublimated

Custom neck labels and details

The retail touches: printed neck labels and interior branding. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

All-over print jerseys

Jerseys with full-bleed color that survives because it is dye, not ink. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Team and league kits

Numbers, names, and sponsor logos in one process, one price. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Performance polyester gear

Wicking fabric stays wicking, because the dye never blocks the weave. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Camo and pattern builds

Full-bleed patterns, including unit-specific camo concepts, across the entire garment. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Flags and display pieces

Polyester flags and display textiles in complete color. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Nehawka customers feel the difference on the first order.

It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.

No sales call needed to get a number.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

04 //

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Nehawka customers, these three earn their keep.

Classic Cotton Tee

Names and numbers pair with a standard tee for practice gear that does not break the budget. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Pullover Hoodie

Mix sublimated panels with stitched marks and this hoodie reads team-store retail. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

The widest, boxiest blank we stock, which is exactly what edge-to-edge concepts need. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Design help that costs nothing

Every order includes the design team. They rescue low-resolution logos, invent art from plain descriptions, and keep insignia and period typography accurate when the concept demands it. Twenty-four hours after you send the idea, the proof is in your inbox; as many revisions as it takes come free, and your written sign-off is what starts the presses.

Or open the Design Lab and lay the design out yourself, priced in real time on the exact blank.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Start in the Design Lab on the exact garment we print, or send whatever you have through the quote form. Rough ideas are welcome, that is what the free design service is for.

02

Proof

Within 24 hours you have a proof in your inbox, drawn to size, on the garment and color you picked. Revisions are unlimited and free.

03

Approve

Your written approval is the gate. Until it exists, nothing prints; once it exists, exactly that design prints.

04

Print and ship

Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.

05

Reorder

Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Nehawka addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.

Before sealing, every carton is counted against the size roster, and tracking goes out the same day. Anything short or damaged gets replaced at our cost on an expedited timeline.

Common questions

Can you handle a large order for your Nehawka crew?

Large orders are the specialty, not the exception: hundreds of mixed-size pieces, roster-counted boxes, one accountable contact.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.

What is your return policy?

Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.

Is there a minimum order?

The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your nehawka crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.

What file types work best?

Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes, APO and FPO delivery is standard here, not an exception, and every state in the country ships the same way.
