Sublimation in Nitro, WV.

Custom sublimated gear for Nitro businesses, schools, teams, churches, and crews. Proofs in 24 hours, delivered in 5 to 7 days.

01 //

Sublimation delivered to Nitro

Nitro crews order sublimated gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Nitro address in 5 to 7 business days.

With about 6,400 people spread over 5.3 square miles, Nitro gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: St. Albans, WV (2 mi), Cross Lanes, WV (3 mi), Jefferson, WV (3 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. The closest major installation is Camp Dawson, roughly 136 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Nitro.

A typical week of sublimation orders from this corner of West Virginia mixes Nitro crews with neighbors like St. Albans, 2 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.

What Nitro gets sublimated

All-over print jerseys

Edge-to-edge color dyed into the fabric, so the print can never crack or peel. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Team and league kits

Numbers, names, and sponsor logos in one process, one price. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Performance polyester gear

Performance gear that still performs: the print adds zero weight and zero stiffness. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Camo and pattern builds

Whole-garment patterns, from classic camo to unit-designed concepts. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Flags and display pieces

Polyester flags and display textiles in complete color. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Custom neck labels and details

The retail touches: printed neck labels and interior branding. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Nitro customers call, a person who owns the order answers.

Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

04 //

What to print it on

Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Nitro customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.

Pullover Hoodie

Mix sublimated panels with stitched marks and this hoodie reads team-store retail. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

For all-over concepts, start from the boxiest silhouette we carry. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Classic Cotton Tee

Budget practice gear: standard tee, sublimated numbers, done. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

05 //

The art department is included

Design help is not an upsell here, it is how orders start. Describe the concept in a sentence, attach whatever reference you have, and within 24 hours a real designer returns a proof drawn as clean vectors, era-correct where it matters. Revisions cost nothing and continue until the proof is right, and your written approval is the only thing that sends it to production.

The Design Lab is there when you want to drive: upload, place, and price the design yourself on the exact garment we print.

06 //

What it costs

Start the budget from the real numbers: published light cotton tee packs, front print built into every figure Nitro customers see.

Order sizePack totalCost per pieceFreightBack side

15 pack$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.

02

Proof

The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.

03

Approve

Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.

04

Print and ship

Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, with rush available when the calendar demands it.

05

Reorder

Everything about the run gets archived, which turns every future reorder into a one-line email.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Delivery to Nitro addresses follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.

Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.

Common questions

How long does shipping take?

Count 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, production included. Tighter date? Ask about rush and you get a straight answer before paying.

Do you help with the design?

Included with every order: a designer turns whatever you send into print-ready art, proofs it within 24 hours, and revises free until approved.

Can you handle a large order for your Nitro crew?

Large orders are the specialty, not the exception: hundreds of mixed-size pieces, roster-counted boxes, one accountable contact.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.

What is your return policy?

Finality is the nature of custom work: no returns once it prints. Your protections live earlier in the process, in the free proof and the written approval that nothing skips.

Is there a minimum order?

The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your nitro crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.

What file types work best?

Send whatever exists. Vectors print perfectly, high resolution PNGs print clean, and anything below that gets redrawn free by the design team before it goes near a press.
