Sublimation in Noonday, TX.

Custom sublimated gear for Noonday businesses, schools, teams, churches, and crews. Proofs in 24 hours, delivered in 5 to 7 days.

01 //

Sublimation delivered to Noonday

Noonday crews order sublimated gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Noonday address in 5 to 7 business days.

Noonday is home to a community of 759 across 2.1 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Emerald Bay, TX (6 mi), Chandler, TX (6 mi), Tyler, TX (7 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. The closest major installation is Barksdale Air Force Base, roughly 103 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Noonday.

Because Emerald Bay sits only 6 miles from Noonday, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.

What Noonday gets sublimated

All-over print jerseys

Edge-to-edge color dyed into the fabric, so the print can never crack or peel. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Team and league kits

Numbers, names, and sponsor logos in one process, one price. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Performance polyester gear

Moisture-wicking blanks where the print breathes with the fabric. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Camo and pattern builds

Full-bleed patterns, including unit-specific camo concepts, across the entire garment. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Flags and display pieces

Polyester flags and display textiles in complete color. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Custom neck labels and details

Inside-collar branding for crews building a real merch line. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Noonday customers feel the difference on the first order.

That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

04 //

What to print it on

Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Noonday customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.

Classic Cotton Tee

Practice kits pair sublimated names and numbers with this standard tee to stay on budget. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Pullover Hoodie

The team-store look: sublimation accents plus embroidery on the fleece hoodie. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

For all-over concepts, start from the boxiest silhouette we carry. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

05 //

Free design, real designers

Most orders here start without finished artwork, and that is fine. Our in-house designers redraw low resolution logos as clean vectors, build new designs from a written description, and match era-correct type and insignia when the design calls for it. The service costs nothing with an order, the first proof lands within 24 hours, and revisions are unlimited. You approve the final art in writing before production, so the shirt that arrives is the shirt you signed off on.

Want to try it yourself first? The Design Lab lets you upload art, add text in stencil and athletic fonts, and position everything on the exact garment with live pricing the whole time.

06 //

What it costs

Here is what Noonday customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.

Order sizePack totalCost per pieceFreightBack side
10 pieces$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
15 pieces$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea
20 pieces$320$16 ea$20.99$4 ea
25 pieces$375$15 ea$20.99$3 ea
50 pieces$700$14 ea$22.99$2 ea
100 pieces$1200$12 eaFREE$2 ea

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Send the idea through the quote form or build it yourself in the Design Lab. A napkin sketch photographed on a phone counts, our designers have built full unit runs from less.

02

Proof

One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.

03

Approve

Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.

04

Print and ship

Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.

05

Reorder

Everything about the run gets archived, which turns every future reorder into a one-line email.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Every order ships tracked to Noonday addresses with standard production plus shipping at 5 to 7 business days. Free shipping kicks in at 100 pieces, and pack shipping rates below that are published, not surprises at checkout.

Every box leaves counted, tracked, and matched to your roster. Shortages and shipping damage are on us to fix, fast, because delivery day is the only day the customer remembers.

Common questions

What is your return policy?

Finality is the nature of custom work: no returns once it prints. Your protections live earlier in the process, in the free proof and the written approval that nothing skips.

Is there a minimum order?

Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Noonday crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.

What file types work best?

Send whatever exists. Vectors print perfectly, high resolution PNGs print clean, and anything below that gets redrawn free by the design team before it goes near a press.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Yes. The Design Lab shows live pack pricing, back print costs, size upcharges, and shipping as you build your design.

How long does shipping take?

The standard clock is 5 to 7 business days covering both production and delivery. Many orders can run faster; name the date and we will confirm or decline honestly.

Do you help with the design?

Yes, and it costs nothing with your order. Send a sketch, an old logo, or just the idea, and a designer sends a print ready proof within 24 hours.
