Sublimation delivered to Normandy

Dye bonded into polyester fiber, so it never cracks, peels, or washes out. All-over prints, jerseys, koozies, mugs, and flags. For Normandy, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Normandy is home to about 4,200 people across 1.9 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Pasadena Park, MO (0 mi), Pasadena Hills, MO (0 mi), Glen Echo Park, MO (0 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. The closest major installation is Scott Air Force Base, roughly 21 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Normandy.

A typical week of sublimation orders from this corner of Missouri mixes Normandy crews with neighbors like Pasadena Park, 0 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.

What Normandy gets sublimated

Team and league kits

Full kits with personalization included, because sublimation prints it all at once. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Performance polyester gear

Wicking fabric stays wicking, because the dye never blocks the weave. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Camo and pattern builds

Custom patterns and camo concepts printed edge to edge. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Flags and display pieces

Polyester flags and display textiles in complete color. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Custom neck labels and details

The retail touches: printed neck labels and interior branding. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

All-over print jerseys

Jerseys with full-bleed color that survives because it is dye, not ink. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Normandy customers call, a person who owns the order answers.

The same discipline applies inward: an unrealistic date or a design that will not print well gets flagged before you commit, not explained after.

No sales call needed to get a number.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

04 //

What to print it on

Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Normandy customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

For all-over concepts, start from the boxiest silhouette we carry. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Classic Cotton Tee

Practice kits pair sublimated names and numbers with this standard tee to stay on budget. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Pullover Hoodie

Sublimated accents with embroidered marks make a hoodie that looks like team store product. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

05 //

Bring the idea, we draw the rest

Finished files are welcome but never required. A faded photo, a hand sketch, or three sentences of description all become professional vector art at no charge, proofed back to you within a day. The revision count is unlimited, the approval is in writing, and production does not move an inch until that approval exists.

Hands-on types can skip the wait entirely: the Design Lab puts your art on the actual garment with the price updating live.

What it costs

No mystery pricing. These are the published packs on our light cotton tee, front print included, and Normandy customers watch the per piece cost fall as quantity climbs.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.

02

Proof

The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.

03

Approve

Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.

04

Print and ship

From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.

05

Reorder

Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Every order ships tracked to Normandy addresses with standard production plus shipping at 5 to 7 business days. Free shipping kicks in at 100 pieces, and pack shipping rates below that are published, not surprises at checkout.

Every box leaves counted, tracked, and matched to your roster. Shortages and shipping damage are on us to fix, fast, because delivery day is the only day the customer remembers.

Common questions

How long does shipping take?

Five to seven business days, all in, from approval to arrival. Rush exists for real deadlines and gets an honest yes or no up front.

Do you help with the design?

Design help is included free. Whatever you have, a napkin sketch, a faded shirt photo, a sentence, becomes a print-ready proof from a real designer within 24 hours.

Can you handle a large order for your Normandy crew?

Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.

What is your return policy?

Due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. Double check sizing and artwork before submitting your order. Every order gets a free proof first, and nothing prints until you approve it in writing.

Is there a minimum order?

Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Normandy crew begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.
