From single pieces to full crew runs, Ono gets sublimated gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.
Dye bonded into polyester fiber, so it never cracks, peels, or washes out. All-over prints, jerseys, koozies, mugs, and flags. For Ono, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
Ono covers 1.9 square miles of California, and delivery reaches every address in it on the standard 5 to 7 day window. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Igo, CA (4 mi), Happy Valley, CA (11 mi), Shasta, CA (11 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. Beale Air Force Base, around 107 miles from Ono, anchors the local military community we print for every week.
No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Ono.
Because Igo sits only 4 miles from Ono, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.
Full-color polyester flags and displays for events and dedications. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
Neck labels and inner details that make merch look retail. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
Seam-to-seam graphics that are part of the fabric, not sitting on it. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
Full kits with personalization included, because sublimation prints it all at once. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
Wicking fabric stays wicking, because the dye never blocks the weave. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
Full-bleed patterns, including unit-specific camo concepts, across the entire garment. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Ono customers call, a person who owns the order answers.
The same discipline applies inward: an unrealistic date or a design that will not print well gets flagged before you commit, not explained after.
The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.
The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Ono customers, these three earn their keep.
Sublimated accents with embroidered marks make a hoodie that looks like team store product. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
All-over designs want the boxiest canvas in the lineup, and this is it. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
Budget practice gear: standard tee, sublimated numbers, done. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
Finished files are welcome but never required. A faded photo, a hand sketch, or three sentences of description all become professional vector art at no charge, proofed back to you within a day. The revision count is unlimited, the approval is in writing, and production does not move an inch until that approval exists.
Hands-on types can skip the wait entirely: the Design Lab puts your art on the actual garment with the price updating live.
No mystery pricing. These are the published packs on our light cotton tee, front print included, and Ono customers watch the per piece cost fall as quantity climbs.
| Quantity | Pack price | Per shirt | Shipping | Add back print |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Pack of 10 | $180 | $18 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| Pack of 15 | $250 | $16.67 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| Pack of 20 | $320 | $16 ea | $20.99 | $4 ea |
| Pack of 25 | $375 | $15 ea | $20.99 | $3 ea |
| Pack of 50 | $700 | $14 ea | $22.99 | $2 ea |
| Pack of 100 | $1200 | $12 ea | FREE | $2 ea |
Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.
Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.
One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.
Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.
Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.
We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.
The timeline to Ono addresses is fixed and published: 5 to 7 business days door to door, production included. Shipping rates are flat, visible in the table, and free from 100 pieces.
Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.
Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.
Due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. Double check sizing and artwork before submitting your order. Every order gets a free proof first, and nothing prints until you approve it in writing.
Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Ono crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.
File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.
We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.
That is the point of the Design Lab: the complete number, packs, back prints, size upcharges, shipping, updates live while you design, before any contact form.
Five to seven business days, all in, from approval to arrival. Rush exists for real deadlines and gets an honest yes or no up front.

You will see the proof before you pay and the price before you talk to anyone. That is the whole pitch.
