Sublimation in Opelika, AL.

From single pieces to full crew runs, Opelika gets sublimated gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

Sublimation delivered to Opelika

Opelika crews order sublimated gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Opelika address in 5 to 7 business days.

Opelika is home to about 34,000 people across 61.2 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Auburn, AL (8 mi), Cusseta, AL (10 mi), Waverly, AL (12 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. For the military community, Fort Moore sits about 31 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Opelika.

A typical week of sublimation orders from this corner of Alabama mixes Opelika crews with neighbors like Auburn, 8 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.

What Opelika gets sublimated

Flags and display pieces

Polyester flags and display textiles in complete color. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Custom neck labels and details

Inside-collar branding for crews building a real merch line. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

All-over print jerseys

Seam-to-seam graphics that are part of the fabric, not sitting on it. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Team and league kits

Rosters, numbers, and sponsors all print in the same pass at the same price. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Performance polyester gear

Moisture-wicking blanks where the print breathes with the fabric. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Camo and pattern builds

Full-bleed patterns, including unit-specific camo concepts, across the entire garment. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We built this company on a simple standard: print it like the name on it matters. For Opelika customers, that means honest timelines, real proofs, and no excuses on delivery day.

Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.

No sales call needed to get a number.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

04 //

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Opelika customers, these three earn their keep.

Pullover Hoodie

Sublimated accents with embroidered marks make a hoodie that looks like team store product. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

The widest, boxiest blank we stock, which is exactly what edge-to-edge concepts need. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Classic Cotton Tee

Practice kits pair sublimated names and numbers with this standard tee to stay on budget. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Design help that costs nothing

Every order includes the design team. They rescue low-resolution logos, invent art from plain descriptions, and keep insignia and period typography accurate when the concept demands it. Twenty-four hours after you send the idea, the proof is in your inbox; as many revisions as it takes come free, and your written sign-off is what starts the presses.

Or open the Design Lab and lay the design out yourself, priced in real time on the exact blank.

06 //

What it costs

Start the budget from the real numbers: published light cotton tee packs, front print built into every figure Opelika customers see.

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Start in the Design Lab on the exact garment we print, or send whatever you have through the quote form. Rough ideas are welcome, that is what the free design service is for.

02

Proof

One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.

03

Approve

Your written approval is the gate. Until it exists, nothing prints; once it exists, exactly that design prints.

04

Print and ship

Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.

05

Reorder

We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Production plus shipping to Opelika addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.

The roster is the packing list: every size counted into the box, tracking issued at pickup, and any shortage or transit damage made right at our cost without argument.

Common questions

How long does shipping take?

Count 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, production included. Tighter date? Ask about rush and you get a straight answer before paying.

Do you help with the design?

Included with every order: a designer turns whatever you send into print-ready art, proofs it within 24 hours, and revises free until approved.

Can you handle a large order for your Opelika crew?

Absolutely. Bulk is where pack pricing shines, and big mixed-size runs ship counted against your roster with a single person accountable for the date.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.

What is your return policy?

Due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. Double check sizing and artwork before submitting your order. Every order gets a free proof first, and nothing prints until you approve it in writing.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, 10 pieces. That is the smallest run we print, packs for your Opelika crew keep dropping the per piece price from there, and free shipping starts at 100.

What file types work best?

Send whatever exists. Vectors print perfectly, high resolution PNGs print clean, and anything below that gets redrawn free by the design team before it goes near a press.
