Sublimation in Parkwood, WA.

Custom sublimated gear for Parkwood businesses, schools, teams, churches, and crews. Proofs in 24 hours, delivered in 5 to 7 days.

Sublimation delivered to Parkwood

Parkwood crews order sublimated gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Parkwood address in 5 to 7 business days.

All 2.6 square miles of Parkwood sit inside our normal delivery map, tracked door to door. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with East Port Orchard, WA (1 mi), Port Orchard, WA (2 mi), Bethel, WA (3 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. For the military community, Naval Base Kitsap sits about 5 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Parkwood.

A typical week of sublimation orders from this corner of Washington mixes Parkwood crews with neighbors like East Port Orchard, 1 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.

What Parkwood gets sublimated

Custom neck labels and details

Neck labels and inner details that make merch look retail. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

All-over print jerseys

Seam-to-seam graphics that are part of the fabric, not sitting on it. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Team and league kits

Rosters, numbers, and sponsors all print in the same pass at the same price. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Performance polyester gear

Performance gear that still performs: the print adds zero weight and zero stiffness. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Camo and pattern builds

Full-bleed patterns, including unit-specific camo concepts, across the entire garment. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Flags and display pieces

Polyester flags and display textiles in complete color. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Parkwood customers call, a person who owns the order answers.

That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.

No sales call needed to get a number.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

04 //

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Parkwood customers, these three earn their keep.

Classic Cotton Tee

Names and numbers pair with a standard tee for practice gear that does not break the budget. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Pullover Hoodie

The team-store look: sublimation accents plus embroidery on the fleece hoodie. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

For all-over concepts, start from the boxiest silhouette we carry. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

05 //

Design help that costs nothing

Every order includes the design team. They rescue low-resolution logos, invent art from plain descriptions, and keep insignia and period typography accurate when the concept demands it. Twenty-four hours after you send the idea, the proof is in your inbox; as many revisions as it takes come free, and your written sign-off is what starts the presses.

Or open the Design Lab and lay the design out yourself, priced in real time on the exact blank.

What it costs

No mystery pricing. These are the published packs on our light cotton tee, front print included, and Parkwood customers watch the per piece cost fall as quantity climbs.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Send the idea through the quote form or build it yourself in the Design Lab. A napkin sketch photographed on a phone counts, our designers have built full unit runs from less.

02

Proof

A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.

03

Approve

Your written approval is the gate. Until it exists, nothing prints; once it exists, exactly that design prints.

04

Print and ship

Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.

05

Reorder

Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

The timeline to Parkwood addresses is fixed and published: 5 to 7 business days door to door, production included. Shipping rates are flat, visible in the table, and free from 100 pieces.

Every box leaves counted, tracked, and matched to your roster. Shortages and shipping damage are on us to fix, fast, because delivery day is the only day the customer remembers.

Common questions

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Yes, and without giving up your email: the Design Lab keeps the complete total, packs to shipping, on screen while you design.

How long does shipping take?

Five to seven business days, all in, from approval to arrival. Rush exists for real deadlines and gets an honest yes or no up front.

Do you help with the design?

Design help is included free. Whatever you have, a napkin sketch, a faded shirt photo, a sentence, becomes a print-ready proof from a real designer within 24 hours.

Can you handle a large order for your Parkwood crew?

Large runs are the core business: hundreds of pieces, mixed sizes, multiple colors, one named contact who owns it from first proof to the delivery scan.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.
