From single pieces to full crew runs, Parowan gets sublimated gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.
Dye bonded into polyester fiber, so it never cracks, peels, or washes out. All-over prints, jerseys, koozies, mugs, and flags. For Parowan, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
With about 3,200 people spread over 6.9 square miles, Parowan gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Paragonah, UT (5 mi), Summit, UT (6 mi), Brian Head, UT (9 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. For the military community, Nellis Air Force Base sits about 174 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.
The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Parowan.
Sublimation demand around Parowan does not stop at the town line. Crews from Paragonah (5 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.
Polyester flags and display textiles in complete color. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
Inside-collar branding for crews building a real merch line. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.
Jerseys with full-bleed color that survives because it is dye, not ink. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
Rosters, numbers, and sponsors all print in the same pass at the same price. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
Moisture-wicking blanks where the print breathes with the fabric. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
Whole-garment patterns, from classic camo to unit-designed concepts. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. Parowan customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.
Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.
Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.
Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Parowan customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.
Budget practice gear: standard tee, sublimated numbers, done. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
The team-store look: sublimation accents plus embroidery on the fleece hoodie. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
The widest, boxiest blank we stock, which is exactly what edge-to-edge concepts need. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Back prints add per piece at the rate shown, dropping to $3 at 25 pieces and $2 at 50. Oversized full body fronts add $3 per piece under 25 pieces and $2 at 25 or more, and sizes 2XL and up add $6 each under 25 pieces or $4 each at 25 or more. Heavier garments follow the same pack structure at their own price points, all shown live in the Design Lab.
The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.
One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.
Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.
From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.
The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.
The timeline to Parowan addresses is fixed and published: 5 to 7 business days door to door, production included. Shipping rates are flat, visible in the table, and free from 100 pieces.
Before sealing, every carton is counted against the size roster, and tracking goes out the same day. Anything short or damaged gets replaced at our cost on an expedited timeline.
Absolutely. Bulk is where pack pricing shines, and big mixed-size runs ship counted against your roster with a single person accountable for the date.
Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your parowan crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.
File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.
We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.
That is the point of the Design Lab: the complete number, packs, back prints, size upcharges, shipping, updates live while you design, before any contact form.
