Sublimation in Parsons, WV.

From single pieces to full crew runs, Parsons gets sublimated gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

Sublimation delivered to Parsons

Dye bonded into polyester fiber, so it never cracks, peels, or washes out. All-over prints, jerseys, koozies, mugs, and flags. For Parsons, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Census numbers put Parsons at about 1,300 people on 1.1 square miles of West Virginia, all of it covered by the same tracked shipping. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Hambleton, WV (2 mi), Hendricks, WV (3 mi), St. George, WV (5 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. The closest major installation is Camp Dawson, roughly 26 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Parsons.

Because Hambleton sits only 2 miles from Parsons, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.

What Parsons gets sublimated

Custom neck labels and details

Neck labels and inner details that make merch look retail. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

All-over print jerseys

Jerseys with full-bleed color that survives because it is dye, not ink. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Team and league kits

Numbers, names, and sponsor logos in one process, one price. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Performance polyester gear

Moisture-wicking blanks where the print breathes with the fabric. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Camo and pattern builds

Whole-garment patterns, from classic camo to unit-designed concepts. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Flags and display pieces

Polyester flags and display textiles in complete color. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. Parsons customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.

The same discipline applies inward: an unrealistic date or a design that will not print well gets flagged before you commit, not explained after.

No sales call needed to get a number.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Parsons customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Classic Cotton Tee

Budget practice gear: standard tee, sublimated numbers, done. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Pullover Hoodie

The team-store look: sublimation accents plus embroidery on the fleece hoodie. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

The widest, boxiest blank we stock, which is exactly what edge-to-edge concepts need. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

From rough idea to press-ready

The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.

The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Send the idea through the quote form or build it yourself in the Design Lab. A napkin sketch photographed on a phone counts, our designers have built full unit runs from less.

02

Proof

Within 24 hours you have a proof in your inbox, drawn to size, on the garment and color you picked. Revisions are unlimited and free.

03

Approve

Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.

04

Print and ship

Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.

05

Reorder

We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Every order ships tracked to Parsons addresses with standard production plus shipping at 5 to 7 business days. Free shipping kicks in at 100 pieces, and pack shipping rates below that are published, not surprises at checkout.

Before sealing, every carton is counted against the size roster, and tracking goes out the same day. Anything short or damaged gets replaced at our cost on an expedited timeline.

Common questions

How long does shipping take?

Standard production plus shipping takes 5 to 7 business days. Rush options are available on many orders, tell us your date and we answer honestly.

Do you help with the design?

Always, at no charge. A designer takes your rough input, redraws it print ready, and has a proof in your inbox inside a day, with unlimited revisions after.

Can you handle a large order for your Parsons crew?

Large runs are the core business: hundreds of pieces, mixed sizes, multiple colors, one named contact who owns it from first proof to the delivery scan.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.

What is your return policy?

Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.

Is there a minimum order?

Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Parsons crew begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.
