Sublimation delivered to Patterson

Dye bonded into polyester fiber, so it never cracks, peels, or washes out. All-over prints, jerseys, koozies, mugs, and flags. For Patterson, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Patterson is home to about 25,000 people across 7.8 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Westley, CA (6 mi), Grayson, CA (6 mi), Crows Landing, CA (7 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. The closest major installation is Coast Guard Base Alameda, roughly 63 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Patterson.

A typical week of sublimation orders from this corner of California mixes Patterson crews with neighbors like Westley, 6 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.

What Patterson gets sublimated

Custom neck labels and details

The retail touches: printed neck labels and interior branding. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

All-over print jerseys

Edge-to-edge color dyed into the fabric, so the print can never crack or peel. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Team and league kits

Numbers, names, and sponsor logos in one process, one price. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Performance polyester gear

Wicking fabric stays wicking, because the dye never blocks the weave. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Camo and pattern builds

Custom patterns and camo concepts printed edge to edge. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Flags and display pieces

Polyester flags and display textiles in complete color. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Patterson customers feel the difference on the first order.

The same discipline applies inward: an unrealistic date or a design that will not print well gets flagged before you commit, not explained after.

No sales call needed to get a number.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

04 //

What to print it on

Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Patterson customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

For all-over concepts, start from the boxiest silhouette we carry. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Classic Cotton Tee

Names and numbers pair with a standard tee for practice gear that does not break the budget. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Pullover Hoodie

Mix sublimated panels with stitched marks and this hoodie reads team-store retail. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

05 //

No artwork? That is the normal case

Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.

What it costs

Start the budget from the real numbers: published light cotton tee packs, front print built into every figure Patterson customers see.

Beyond the table, the only extras are per-piece and public: back prints at the listed rate stepping down to $3 then $2, oversized fronts at $3 dropping to $2, and 2XL-plus at $6 dropping to $4. The Design Lab does this arithmetic for you in real time.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.

02

Proof

One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.

03

Approve

Your written approval is the gate. Until it exists, nothing prints; once it exists, exactly that design prints.

04

Print and ship

Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.

05

Reorder

Everything about the run gets archived, which turns every future reorder into a one-line email.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Patterson addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.

Every box leaves counted, tracked, and matched to your roster. Shortages and shipping damage are on us to fix, fast, because delivery day is the only day the customer remembers.

Common questions

How long does shipping take?

Five to seven business days, all in, from approval to arrival. Rush exists for real deadlines and gets an honest yes or no up front.

Do you help with the design?

Design help is included free. Whatever you have, a napkin sketch, a faded shirt photo, a sentence, becomes a print-ready proof from a real designer within 24 hours.

Can you handle a large order for your Patterson crew?

Absolutely. Bulk is where pack pricing shines, and big mixed-size runs ship counted against your roster with a single person accountable for the date.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.

What is your return policy?

Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.

Is there a minimum order?

Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Patterson crew begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.
